I’m updating my review from 5 months ago. I won’t be going back for two reasons. The main reason I got dismissed for my 4:30 appointment with Christina earlier in the week. I get out of work at 4. I rushed down and was there at 4:28 only to be told it would be 30 more minutes. A suggestion… Take your appointments numbers, if you’re expecting someone for a full set at 4:30 and take someone right before don’t make the appointment show up on time only to be told it would be 30 more minutes. Things happen, but The service you provide doesn’t a start at beautiful nails it starts at great customer service before hitting the chair. A courtesy call would have been nice. I was told Karen was gone earlier in the week, loved her manicures. She was always available for appointments not because she didn’t have clients but because she made sure to take walk ins around her appointments. I was really rooting for this place because it was different from your typical nail shop, But this week’s incident turned me off. I took my business down the road. #disappointed Karen, if you ever read this. You rocked and this place lost a great manicurist.

It’s kind of sad that the girls here don’t know a thing about customer service. My gf and I walked in and there was only one girl working. Since it was our first time here it would have been nice to be greeted or told to have a seat with an estimated time to wait. Well we sat there and nothing happened. The girl acted like no one was there so we left. Cant trust a place that doesn’t even treat their customers right as soon as they walk in

Worst manicure I have ever gotten the girl cut me and she did a horrible job doing my gel it looks like shit and they allow their friends to just come in and be loud and annoying! She took a long time to do my nails and my friend was sitting there for an hour and a half and they didn’t even do her nails. So we left after I was done. Don’t go they suck!

Worst gel manicure ever! it took them 2 times to get it some what alright. The first time it wasn’t even with gel, so they had a bunch of mistakes. Second time, almost as bad… I should have just waited the 1 hour for the Cudahy Nail Spa! They never disappoint.

My friend and I came here to get our nails done and enjoyed everything about this nail spa. They offered us water or a soda, complementary. Great nail designs here and friendly staff too !! I love the mood color changing nail polish here. Can’t wait to come back next time.

I wanted to try this place because i heard the owner is a doctor and is very clean with the instruments that they use on the customers(autoclaves/sterilizes). I must say i had the WORST experience, at first i was impressed by how the salon looked, very clean, and the décor was very nice. The lady who helped me was claudia, i was planning on getting my toes done as well, but they took to much time on my gel mani(around 45mins). Once i left the salon, i noticed how my nails were changing color, to a baby blue(i originally picked a dark grey) i was a little confused and called Claudia she told me that i had picked a color that changes with cold/hot water. My nails stayed baby blue since then, i called back since i was very unsatisfied at the fact that i picked a dark grey color, and my nails were baby blue,(called back the same day) i spoke to the manager who WASEXTREMLYRUDE. Told me that it was not HER fault i could not choose the right colors. i told her that they did not tell me about changing nail polish, if i would have known, i would have picked another color she argued with me and YELLED at me, told me TOOBAD that there was nothing she could do. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHISSALON, and i will never recomend it to anyone. There customer service is horrible and did i mention my nail chipped that same day? HORRIBLEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE, never experienced this before at any nail salons.

So I love giving new businesses a fair shot at earning my loyalty. I drove by the this nail salon many times and figured it wasn’t open because it looked dark inside and never really saw any cars in the lot. I gave it a chance today and when I walked in there was only 1 employee who was brushing her teeth at the hand washing station by a nail station. Weird. I wasn’t too tight on a budget so I didn’t ask about prices and just let her know I wanted a mani-pedi. The spa chairs are comfy and fancy and the place itself is very modern and chic. My only initial discomfort. She was a Latina. I have tried getting nails done by many Latinas and I just feel like they take too many shortcuts. I stayed anyway just to try and prove myself wrong. Well here’s what happened during the pedi: 1) water was scorching hot 2)She didn’t use cuticle oil and scraped my nails dry :( 3) didn’t clean under or the side of my nails 4) she looked annoyed scrubbing my feet 5) took 1 hour for my pedicure 6) in the process she turned away 4 people saying she would be another hour… who does that? Luckily, my nails didn’t need that much upkeep but that is basic stuff during a pedicure Mani: 1)Took 25 min 2) again no cuticle oil 3) didn’t file my nails ATALL 4) didn’t clean under or the sides before polish 5) tries to wipe the sides with a design brush but ended up taking off polish too Got charged $ 25 which is a bit much for me. The extra cost was due to the fact that I sat in a spa chair. I didn’t really see anywhere else to sit for a pedicure though. Sadly I probably won’t go back.

Place looks very pretty, too bad customer service is lacking. Nobody comes to greet and advice clients about how many people or how long the wait will be. Everyone in the waiting area had the same opinion until one person got up and walked over to one of the employees to ask. You think that employee or whomever is in charge would have gotten the clue, but no, they continued to ignore current and arriving customers. Many left. Attention owner. Put the same effort on customer service like you did on your decorating.
