I got a ton of work done on a 12 year old Infiniti. They did a great job. They even painted my brake calipers. They did charge a lot for that but most shops won’t do non standard work. The managers are both on top of their game and are excellent communicators.
They check the whole car over, tell you what’s wrong, and recommend repairs. That’s the way it should be. For the last 8 years I had been taking my car to Infiniti of Dayton and paying premium prices and was not getting the level of service I received from this location.

This place is ok. They do offer free wifi, I guess that helps with the wait.
I’m not sure if all shops are like this but they are always recommending repairs are needed to «sell» you more parts ands services. I’m always careful to get a second opinion unless I know a repair is needed.
The are good for tires. When you buy 4 new tires they will give you a card for four free oil changes. You also get lifetime tire rotation.
