My husband got his new glasses there because they take our insurance. Now he wishes he’d gone somewhere else. Not only were they rude, but they kept pushing for ‘options’ he didn’t want or need. Then, they told him the frames he liked were «too big» even though he said they felt ‘good’. They pressured him into taking a different pair, which he says don’t feel good at all. I refuse to go there; I’m going to bypass that & pay what I have to at WM, which has always been good for me.

RUDE! The doctor we saw, Brett, is always rude. He always seems like the last place he wants to be is waiting on you. We’ve seen him at 2 different locations (Shiloh and Belleville) and each time he was impatient and rude. THEN… the staff is rude. The woman who was at the desk when we went to the Belleville location was atrocious! I wouldn’t have her sitting at a desk for a dog kennel! And at the Shiloh location we had one misunderstanding after another. One woman would tell us one thing but as soon as we spoke to another person they would say no she was incorrect it’s actually… We were given erroneous information pretty much everytime we ever went to them. So we gave them 3 chances to show that maybe they were just having a bad day, but all 3 times we have been we were met with rudeness and an attitude like they just don’t want to be there. Save yourself the aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.

We went in here to order contacts since we had heard that they had a military discount. The brunette that waited on us was not only rude, but didn’t even know the information and had to keep asking another technician. I was very disappointed with this location. I don’t get pissed easily, but when I left here I was. We are ordering our contacts online.
