Don’t fall for the hype. Walmart really does NOT care about their customers. A couple of months ago, I had an issue that I needed to speak to the store manager about. Amazingly, could not reach a manager becasue he was «way too busy to talk». I called Bentonville and lodged my complaint. I received a call back from an assistant manager. I asked at the time of my call for a call back from the district manager. Guess what??? NO call back. Guess I’ll be shopping at Meijer where at least I can talk to a Manager when I want one and they respond
