Aeropostale

The workers are nice, everything at the store is so cheap! I’ve been in aero a few times the staff is always greets me and makes me feel like I’m at home.

I and my friends are usually go to Aeropostale store in Bellevue Square on weekend. This store is located on the 2^nd floor of the building, the outside is simple with glasses and the red Aeropostale line of text on the top of the entrance. The clothes and accessories are beautiful and are being displayed really nice in front of glasses. Assistants often greet to us with smile when we come in, and they also usually introduce clothes and other stuffs. Sometimes, they ask us whether we need anything or not, they are enthusiastic and helpful. The clothes styles and accessories are fashionable and youthful but tables and hangers are being placed so close to each other, and it’s uncomfortable for us to walk around. The fitting rooms are usually being locked, so we have to ask assistant to open it. Sometimes, I feel inconvenient with that. However, the assistants often help me to find appropriate size, they also suggest other cool stuffs to go with the clothes, and it makes me feel great. The most wonderful thing that I like about this store is the prices are reasonable, and they often have the sale off or discount coupon or the clearance on many things in the store. Another thing is they give me gifts when I buy with a large amount. And when I returned clothes, it’s usually convenient and fast. Overall, I think this store is great, I love beautiful clothes from this brand, the prices are rational and the service is also good.

This store is wonderful! The two ladies who worked there were very helpful with my daughter and helped find my daughters size. At the end when we checked out we were told about lots of events and my daughter even recognized a worker and she was very friendly. Would definitely return to this location!

My experience at this store has always been great! I’ve always been greeted and introduced clothing items. The staff is helpful but not overbearing. Usually there are only two people working but they do a great job. For the clothing items, I like the polos and basics everything else is a bit much geared toward tweens (Way to flashy and bright). I would have loved this store in elementary through middle school. But now that Im in college American Eagle and forever is more my taste.

This is the worst Aeropostale I have ever experienced. On Christmas Eve my friends and I decided to go there because if the Bethany Mota Collection. The service was horrible. We asked one of the workers what the current promotion was and he just pointed to the sign. That didn’t really bother us but it was rude. So in our hands we had what we wanted to buy and the Mexican looking clerk was the rudest. She didn’t ask if we found everything we wanted, she didn’t ask how we were, she just scanned everything and put it into a bag and here’s the bad part. She threw the bag at you. My friends and I had bought Bethany Mota earrings and that came with a free shirt. The stupid clerk lady rolled the earrings in the shirt. One of my friends took the shirt out of the bag to look at the motavator shirt. We had no idea she rolled the earrings in it so a couple minutes after she realized that the earrings were missing. We went back, found them in another customers hand. When we explained this to the clerk, she said «next time you need to be more careful because I can’t keep re-​entering these» said in the rudest way possible. My friend explained to her that she rolled up the earrings in the shirt and the lady just said «just be more careful k?» And threw the bag at my friend. Worst service ever.

This store is way too crowded with the amount of displays of clothes they have it’s hard to walk around and peruse without getting stuck at a dead end because one table is too close to another.
They did have everything neat and folded, nothing like trying to sort your way through piles of unfolded/​unsorted sweaters trying to find your size.
Staff was on top of it with unlocking the dressing rooms, might have helped we were the only ones in there.
They usually have 50% off of everything and they did the weekend we went so it makes their cheap clothes worth the price you pay!
