The office staff were extremely busy and exasperated. The energy in the office is weird. Dr Brown was my dr. It was a new patient visit and the scheduling department had told me my apt was at 1030am. So, I arrived at 10am thinking I was being considerate and very early. When I arrived they told me to fill out paper work quickly because my apt was at 10. I was glad I had gotten there earlier than expected. By ten after 10am I was sitting in a room. An hour later, Dr Brown came in and let me know that she sees patients who are on time first and that I was late by her standards (thus she made me wait an hour). At most I was done with paperwork by five minutes after 10. I get it, timeliness is quality, but it was really rude. Especially as it was a misunderstanding/​her office told me the apt was at 1030 (I went home and double checked what I wrote down). Overall her medical knowledge and advice was somewhere between standard and good, but she will refer you out to her friends for any other problems you have. All of my previous Gyno’s (in my home state) have been very willing to treat most things I asked about vs making plugs for other doctors (unless of course you ask for a specialist). It was an unprofessional experience and took about two hours. When I went to get lab work before I left, the nurses even commented on how long I had been there. I had to reschedule one of my own clients at work for the morning because I was running behind. I think there is a lot to be said for being tolerant, understanding, compassionate, and not a total bitch when you’re a dr.
If you want a place that makes you feel cared about and treated like a human/​respected, look elsewhere. I’m a hugely loyal customer when I find a good place. Happily on to the next! :)

2 stars because of the long wait times. 4 stars because of the care which is a-​okay. All the doctors and nurses are nice, knowledgable and pretty cool. I just can’t have another baby here. I’ve waited over an hour in the lobby, more than once with my most recent pregnancy. I’ve had over 25 appointments and I have never been brought back within ten minutes of sitting there waiting. I started calling from home or on my way to appointments, during the third trimester especially, to see how far the dr was running behind. It’s a huge office, lots of docs, so the front desk often does not answer or I’m on hold for 15 minutes. I would expect to wait 20−40minutes, every time.
Maybe it’s an insurance problem, and the contracted fees are so low they have to cram in a ton of patients to make money at the end of the day. Anyhow, I hate to write a negative review, just wanted to warn folks about the wait time. Morning appointments were the same issue for me. Hmmm, but maybe if you are the first patient of the day you will be all good? Or just show up really late for your visit?
Front desk gals are nice, but I did nicely ask if they could call me or text if the dr is running 30 minutes or more behind schedule, just so I have a heads up. The gal said they couldn’t do that because they are frequently running behind and there are too many doctors and schedules to keep track of.

I learned about this place as it was recommended by a friend. No one likes going to the doctor, but Bellegrove makes that experience as pleasant as can be. I trust this place, and find that the doctors and nurses really help you with any of your health problems without any judgement.
The only small negative feedback I have is that this place is so busy, that it’s so hard to schedule for check-​ups or anything non-​emergency. I’ve had to wait for a check-​up for months before because my schedule couldn’t match up with what was available, and it doesn’t help that the clinic isn’t open on weekends and only is open pass 5PM (after work) on some days. I recommend that if you have any follow-​up appointments or know that you need to schedule here, do it as soon as possible. Also, I find that calling is better than using the online portal.

I really like the nurses and doctors here.
But just like the previous reviewer, I am giving 4 stars only due to one particular front staff member. I think it is the same lady mentioned in Alesca C.‘s review, I don’t know her name because they don’t display their names. But she has short grayish brown hair and glasses and she makes every effort to be rude. I have seen her interact with other people, she is even rude to kids.

Just had a newborn delivered at Overlake. A very special thank you to Doctor Gallangher, Anton, Nudleman and Brown. I have been under Doctor Gallangher care since I knew I was pregnant she has been very honest and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of having Doctor Anton deliver my newborn with C-​section it was the best decision! Doctor Nudleman and Brown was so friendly and helpful. All of Bellegrove doctors are awesome team! Being in Bellegrove care during my pregnancy I will definitely do it again in a few years for my second child. I’m upmost grateful for their care!

More than a few time I had to wait for over 30 minutes after checking in for an appointment. They are very disrespectful of your time. Doctors especially Dr. Zimmerman is always running behind based on experience and reviews but they don’t have the courtesy to call sooner to reschedule.
Dr. Moore is a great doctor however other factors often ruin the experience.

I was hesitant to write a bad review because I have had such a great experience with my primary doctor in the practice. The office administrative staff is pleasant and my primary doctor in the practice is smart, engaged and wonderful. My issue is with the mid-​level providers (PAs and NPs) — they are not a good substitute for seeing for a real physician. I saw one of the mid-​level providers for a minor issue when my doctor was not available. The practitioner walked in to the exam and within 5 minutes recommended prescribing medication without even bothering to look at my chart to see that my doctor had already prescribed a similar medication and it was not working. The provider said she would give me a follow-​up call regarding the medication and issue. I never heard from her. Sadly, I am thinking about leaving the practice because my experience with this person was so bad.

Im still using their service. Coz I don’t really have much other option. Also I am not saying anything about my doctor. She seems fine as of now. Can tell more when I’ve had my baby. But the clinics in thIs area are all extremely inefficient when it comes to getting test results. Coming from a family of doctors I know that a particular test takes literally minutes to get back results. But these people would not give me until a couple of days. Also they have a weIrd policy that they don’t reveal the results until it has been seen by the doctor. This makes no sense. Its my results. I should be able to get them as soon as possible. They can not only cause anxiety but also not knowing whether or not you have a certain condition can worsen your health by not taking measures. This was so much better on the east coast in Massachusetts where they told me results as soon as they got them back.

I initially went to Bellegrove to see Laura for paps and general birth control-​she was awesome, no complaints here.
When I got pregnant years later, I was assigned to Dr. Zimmer at Bellegrove. All of my prenatal appointments included seeing the other doctors on-​call and I just felt most of the providers were impatient (except for Dr. Moore & Dr. Brown). I get it, you’re a doctor and see numerous pregnant women throughout the day and I’m not the only one who has ever been pregnant but please, be patient and answer my questions!
Whenever I discussed points in my birth plan with Dr. Zimmer, they were usually dismissed with «just trust us to take care of you» type of statements.
I eventually switched later in my pregnancy.

I love this place for so many reasons!
Laura is the most fantastic nurse and my choice for all my paps, tests and periodical screens. AND she is also my choice for laser hair removal.

Dr is fine but the wait times are ridiculous. They have very inefficient scheduling as they schedule an appt for a client and then are ALWAYS running 30 min to 1 hr late! It just sets people up to be irritated because we always have other things to do. Either plan for a long wait or go elsewhere. After my third visit today, I am going elsewhere.

I drive 20 – 30 minutes to go here. I have received obstetric and gynecological care at two other practices, and this practice is the best. The staff are caring, concerned, and competent. I feel valued and well-​cared for by the doctors and staff. The nurses are professional, kind, and responsive. Dr. Nudelman is professional, warm, friendly, compassionate, and intelligent. He has personally called to check in on me on the weekend. The on-​call doctors are prompt in responding, and caring and helpful. I received care here during my first pregnancy, a later pregnancy that I miscarried, and an ectopic pregnancy. I recommend them highly.

Updated review. Every time we come here the staff is great and our confidence grows in our child’s and my wife’s medical care. Yes, the office can be disorganized and the wait can be long, but it’s worth it for the doctors.

I was referred to Dr Ghallager by my primary care physician at Eastside Family Medicine down the hall from them. I came in with the oh-​so-​mysterious irregular cycles. I’ve read a few people complaining about waiting 20 – 30 mins. Listen, I’ve been that emergency c-​section who made the doctor 30 minutes late for her other appointments that day, so I thoroughly excuse the doctors when they run late. Ever stopped to think that they might be doing something just a BIT more urgent than your pap smear? All of that to say, I waited 20 minutes to see Dr Ghallager and I’m very glad I waited.
She came in and I could tell I was going to like her. She was young, cool, and definitely a «give it to you straight» kind of woman. I prefer my doctors to just give me the bottom line and tell me how we solve the problem, Dr Ghallager does just that. She listened to everything I said, took ample time to understand my situation, and gave me a few options. She ran a bunch of blood tests and had me come in for an internal ultrasound. Long story short, I was diagnosed with PCOS which explained my troubles getting pregnant for the past year and a half. She came up with a simple, straight forward plan to help me get pregnant, and did everything she could to get my insurance to pay for as much as possible.
Thus far, I’ve come out of pocket $ 30 for my fertility treatments. That’s not to say everyone’s «situation» will be the same as mine, but I figured I would share my own experience thus far. I was very shocked when I was diagnosed with PCOS, and I’m glad that I had Dr Ghallager who is as thorough as she is. Otherwise, I would have kept trying to conceive, and wondering why it wasn’t working, for who knows how long! She’s absolutely great and I highly recommend her!

I’ve been having a recurring «yeast infection» problem and have been seeing Dr Brown for the past 3 years. I probably have seen her close to 10 times in her office. Since the «yeast infection» kept coming back, I decided to go see another doctor at a different clinic, and I was diagnosed that I had Bacterial Vaginosis based on a simple test. I tested negative for yeast infection… I wonder what happened.

So terrible! We didn’t meet a doctor multiple times! We can understand the urgent issue but, need to explain us if we are waiting more than 30 min. If you want more friendly hospital, find other one. Here is so~~~ busy and unfriendly ob gyn hospital.

I have been getting my prenatal care here. We selected this location because we want to deliver at Overlake and the doctor we found online that we liked and was able to deliver there was located at Bellegrove. The receptionists have always been pleasant and helpful as well as the medical staff. I have issues with needles and the people who work there have always been understanding and willing to make small accommodations to ease the process for me. As with all medical offices, the only downside is you sometimes wait past your scheduled appointment time. But, I do not downgrade them for this because I figure they are giving someone else the personalized care I will appreciate when it is my turn or that an emergency came up that pulled a doctor; thus causing delays. I am more than content with the selection we made for care and would recommend this location to others.

I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. I went their for treatment and saw Dr Brown. She was so rude. She said she didn’t need to give me an exam and that it would go away. Well it didn’t and I had to go to another doctor to actually get help. She is very rude and is more interested in collecting money than treating patients.

I was cared for by Dr. Keely Brown and her colleagues during a recent pregnancy, my first. In particular, Dr. Brown was thorough, attentive, on-​time, and never appeared rushed during appointments. I was comfortable with the other MDs as well and would have been fine with any of them delivering the baby. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and will return if more obstetrical care is needed!

I like this office. It’s clean, located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, and has a courteous staff. All the doctors seem reputable and popular.
However, I wait 30−60min every time I go in here for an appointment. It’s like I wanna tell them give me a call when you’re ready, I’ll be napping in the car. It ain’t easy for this pregnant lady to be sitting stagnant for over 30min. I mean why do appointments when you can’t see patients during the promised time? It might as well be first come first serve.
I am writing this review as I am waiting in one of the rooms. I could have finished reading War and Peace by now. Ugggggh!
