I can’t begin to explain the worst customer service of my life. 1– I’m not even greeted. This cashier guy walks up after being in the back for a long time with the front counter being unattended. He says«oh you wanted to order??» Like might as well say«you actually want to order? Why? I don’t want it to be busy up in here» 2– cashier takes my order and hands me the receipt but not the change of 22 cents. He acted like it behooved him to give me change so I said«ok I don’t need the change.» I should have put up a fight for my 22 cents though. No apologies. Cashiers friends come in behind me. He forgets his mistakes and talks over my head in another language. He gets engrossed in that convo. Cashiers friends don’t order a single item off menu. 3– cashier doesn’t even read my order back to me. 4– I get my order, I notice that most of the time cashier is not attending the front desk 5– cashier whips out his phone to text 6– cashier and lady who works there shoot back and forth lots of small talk and flirting and giggling, ??? This was the worst worst worst Burger King I’ve ever ever gone to. If not for the horrible customer service, the food left a bad taste in my stomach from the bad experience, I’m checking my food for spit before I eat it mind you. That’s my trust level here.

Very nice guy, delicious food, very clean restroom, and he always has it ready for you hot n fresh. Love their coca cola freestyle machine as well. I can’t believe the shitty and poor reviews it got.

Are you kidding me? Sign says they close at ten, we walk in to the lobby at 8:50 and are asked to leave because they are closed. Huh? Then the previous two times we went here they claimed their smoothie machine was being«cleaned» yet you can see the machine is just sitting there. There is no way its being cleaned every single time. The people were also very rude taking our order, basically rushing us to finish, not letting us order for the second person in our party, basically trying to stop us after the first. Never going here again. I cant believe they are still open with this nonsense they always pull.

Hit the drive thru around 12:30 on a Monday. While I’m waiting for my food at the window, a woman walks into the store and says she didn’t get her drink in the drive thru. The manager gets her drink and then politely corrects the girl working drive thru. Not ten seconds later does this drive thru girl hand me the wrong drink in the wrong size. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until halfway home when I took a sip. I will take some responsibility for this blunder, because after all, it is stupid of me to watch someone complain about their drink and then proceed to leave without checking my own. Nonetheless, the worker was unapologetic and clearly doesn’t care about her job at all. I do not recommend this location.

As a former fast food employee/Shift manager, I can definitely tell you If I was a manager I would fire the entire staff team and replace them with people who actually do their job. I think the eastside is just too wealthy of a community that parents aren’t willing to let their kids work at 16 or they would rather provide for them because you can never find a fast food chain that’s not hiring around here. I came in today to use my coupon I got in the mail and upon walking in, i see this kid who I thought was just a customer because he was wearing white and green nikes, sagged pants, and a big hooded jacket but then I look again and I see him wiping tables so I guess he was an employee. I stood in line, the drive thru employee just looked at us and continued to stand there waiting for the drive thru order to be finished. Uhm. usually if the food isn’t ready and someone is at the register, take their order. We waited perhaps 5 minutes before the kid came up to the counter. No greet, or eye contact. He just turned around and waited for food to be made. Finally the drive thru guy acknowledged me. yeah it took 20 seconds to order. Can’t Believe he couldn’t spare 20 seconds of his time waiting to help. He also rushed me during payment. like impatiently tapping his fingers on the counter and just his posture was like he was annoyed at me. I totally understand how it feels when a customer takes a long time paying but I had to count six $ 1 bills. don’t want to give too less or too much. Sorry about that.*sarcasm* I’m not sure whose managing but it seems to me it’s one of those two considering the rest was non English speaking grill team. This BK needs to be shut down or replaced with McDonald’s whose corporation is actually professional and strict about how to do your job and do it well. I used to work for McDonald’s and we were forced to be professional, quick, and efficient. the customer is our priority. if you don’t wanna deal with them, hurry up and take their order so you don’t have to see them again. simple. Rather than targeting mcdonalds as a low life job, target other chains like this who has no professionalism in the service they offer. There seems to be no proper training and that’s gonna effect how successful that corporation will be. so far, not good. Won’t be back.

This Burger King is great for their new advertising campaign– the one that is a throwback from the 70’s. The dinning room feels like it has not had the heat turned on since the 70’s, has that ugly old light oak woodwork that is now stained and weird light colors throughout the dinning room. The service was friendly and the french fries were fresh. The burger tasted slightly odd, should have not ate it. About 4 hours after eating I was not feeling so great, could have been excitement from the Seahawks game but doubt it… Things this location does have going for them is easy parking, friendly staff, Coca Cola free style machine for when you are in the mood for soda(although water is MUCH better). This location is large in size. With a remodel they could make this one stellar location. It is big enough they could even put in a small meeting room for organizations to use and with a lobby redesign with weird seating layouts they have now not even loose any seats. All in all, when I am in a Burger King mood again, I would be OK coming back here but would prefer a healthy option anyday.

I was truely hoping that when my co-worker did a lunch run a couple months ago that this was a one time customer service error, but they proved today that they are not concerned with quality control, nor maintaining their pricing on their menu. Situation #1 — Co-worker went and spent a little over $ 8 on a value meal. When he got his cc bill, the charge was for over $ 40. He couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone, and was told when he went in that he would have to come back and speak with a manager. He asked for their schedule and returned at the time he was given. Twice he returned after being given a ‘schedule’ and was told that the manager was not there and he would have to return later. After finally connecting with the manager a week or so later, the manager said they would look over that days books and get in touch. My co-worker never heard back and he has had no success when re-visiting getting a resolution. Situation #2 — I went over and got lunch for my team today. I asked to see my order on the screne to confirm accuracy before pulling around. They said they did not have that ability …? Once pulling around, I handed over the card after being told that the information would be on my receipt. One the card had been run, I got the receipt and let the lady know that there were 2 mistakes on the order. Their 2 for $ 5 was not honored(8.98 was charged) and a large fry was missed. I was compensated $ 2 and change. I was fine with this and confirmed twice that the items in the bag were accurate before accepting the order. Upon returning to work, the mistakes I found in the bag(which were correctly charged for on the receipt) were as follows: one of the 2 for $ 5 was not packed; a Rodeo chicken sandwich was missed and a Rodeo burger was packed in it’s place; both Rodeo sandwiches were listed with cheese on the order, but neither had a slice. I’ve attempted contact with this store 3 xs since returning to work, but no one will talk to me. The flavor is good and the prices could be right, but not when you’re over charged and don’t get what you paid for. Poor show Burger King.

I grabbed a quick early dinner through their drive thru, and unfortunately I forgot my drink. Thinking that everything was complete and the guy who assisted me said«have a great one». I called them to follow up and not expecting I can get it but just to let them know. surprisingly they asked me to come back anytime and I can get my smoothie with upgrade! the fact that they were honest made my day! The guy was Cesar btw.

Let me start off by saying«I like BK burgers !» They have that flame-broiled flavor you won’t find at McD or Wendys. That being said, this BK branch has consistently bad customer service. My last few experiences: — Wrong menu item in a to-go order. — Missing items on another order. — Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for 2 whoppers, fries and chicken tenders. My wife actually walked to the mobile taco truck next door, got some tacos and we both finished them before the burgers were delivered. — While eating in, waited 15 min at the counter to take my order while the manager was barking orders into the kitchen. Turns out the broiler was not working properly. No explanation or apologies whatsoever from the staff. — The restaurant itself always looked messy. Spilled pop on the counters, napkins on the floor, food remnants on the table, etc.

This is a Burger King. If you know the chain, you know this location. This particular spot is near my work, so I will sometimes hit the drive-thru for a breakfast item or two. Have been inside a few times and everything is pretty standard. The food, service, and atmosphere are exactly what you would expect from this company. Generally, I have had good, consistent experiences here with a few missteps but nothing to keep me from going here.

I go here for lunch pretty frequently. The big upside to this Burger King is that they are FAST. Whether you go inside or through the drive thru, they get you in and out quickly. The inside seating area is ample enough, and generally clean enough. Food is fresh. A couple of times, I’ve gone for breakfast, ordered & paid at the drive thru, only to have them tell me separately that they do not have any more of what I ordered(cini-minis). They will replace it with something equally priced. Well… I didn’t order that other item, did I? A little bit annoying. Clearly either a lack of communication between the grill and drive thru areas, or lack of willingness to ask me to wait while they cook more. Are they really OUT of cini minis? I’m usually lazy when i’m looking for fast food at lunch, so I keep coming back for the speed.

Hey it’s a Burger King. Food — mediocre. Service — they tend to be way to happy(especially the guy that works the drive thru). Sad that they no longer serve Cheesy Tots(it was really the only thing on the menu that I liked. Oh well, don’t need to eat fast food anyway.

Pros: I’ve been to this Burger King a few times now and it’s always been decent. The staff is very friendly and it’s always clean. Cons: The fries are never fresh, and sometimes the people in there are rough-looking, but it’s Burger King, lol.

I don’t get much variety here– tend to get the Whopper Jr., french fries, side salad, chicken nuggets. I really enjoy the burger since it’s MUCH better than McDonald’s and taste good for fast food. I tried their double cheeseburger and it was slightly better than McDonald’s but still too much cheese for me. I think the fries are average and DO like their side salad(although the packet of dressing could be smaller). I usually take the drive through which is sadly can be slow. They are sometimes out of the salads when I go at night so that sucks.

I’m vegetarian and come here only for the Veggie burger(YES! Burger King has a veggie burger!) and a side salad. I come here when I need a meal on the road and when time is more important than quality. As you’d expect, the food is just like at all the other Burger King locations so no big complaints there. But this particular Burger King location is consistently sloooooow when you use the drive thru even when there appears to be no other customers.

Burger King is like the gourmet of fast food burger joints… quality and price somewhere between McDonalds and Red Robin, usually not worth the price to me. I will admit though, I do love Burger King fries with a passion… especially if you pick up some nacho cheese from Taco Bell down the street to dip them in. Anyway so Burger King is your typical fast food joint. fast, friendly enough, cheap enough, and greasy enough. so why such a bad rating. well at this establishment in particular. I used their drive-thru on friday night(what better way to cap off a 2 hour gym session). After every order I made I got this barked at me through the intercom«that’s it?!?». I don’t expect good service from a burger king but what was this guy’s problem? maybe his last day… hopefully. Anyway what went from bad to ugly was to find my debit card bill three days later was overcharged by $ 6…that’s a whole value meal. So I called the store and spoke with the manager about it, she checked the receipts and found that I was right… and told me I had to come by to pick up my $ 6. I did because it’s on the way to my house, a nice envelope with my name on it and $ 6. I just wish the manager made some small attempt at customer satisfaction i.e. leaving maybe a free burger coupon or something. I don’t see myself going to Burger King in a long time, and especially not this location. It’s okay because I got Wendy’s and Taco Bell waay closer for my late night 4th…5th.sometimes 6th. okay 7th meal of the day. ~G p. s.BTW Thanks to Taco Bell’s wonderful r&d dept. I have no idea what else to order besides crunch wrap supremes… because it truly is everything in one. can someone get those guys the Nobel Prize?!?

When I worked at Microsoft, this was, naturally, «my» Burger King(whenever I got sick of Wendy’s, at least). The food and staff are average; not too many mistakes, food usually hot, change usually correct. The inside dining room is reasonably clean. The traffic flow in and out of this store has been greatly improved since the city added a U-turn jughandle just past the restaurant. It used to be really hard to get out of the driveway to head back to Microsoft. I gave this restaurant a whole extra star for the nice view of Mt. Rainier from the south-facing parking spaces. I used to like to get my lunch, sit in my car with the radio and the paper, and it made me smile to look up and see the mountain. I just love to see the mountain whenever it’s nice out!
