I am adding a Unilocal review, encouraging all renters to make sure you take a picture before and after your move in and move out this apartment is small and seem to be above the practice of typical large apartments. However I practically had to force a walk-through on the last day when I turn in my keys and the place was spotless. I documented what I knew was going to be replaced and the staff member only mentioned that the miniblinds had not been dusted. I’ve been charged almost $ 200 to clean an apartment. Fortunately a new staff member could not even locate pictures of what had to be cleaned so I am currently in the middle of a dispute on these charges. For future renters please take a picture with the newspaper of that day(to ensure the date) of all of the things that you cleaned including sinks, tubs, refrigerators blinds so that this won’t happen to you. It is a law that they must show a reasonable fee and it seems that a price list of things that need to be cleaned should be asked for before move out although I’m sure they would not have given one. Also please make sure that they do not come in and paint your apartment before your official move out date — they also did this and of course I did not document the paint splatters on the carpet during my walk through because I assumed things were OK. Hope this helps.
