The dry cleaners must be under new management. There has been someone new at the counter who is rather dour and isn’t giving us our usual 10% discount. I don’t care about the discount; I think it’s a sign of new management. Previously this shop was excellent. This last 2 times my shirts came out with cat hair (the main reason I get my shirts cleaned), wrinkly, and with lint. I’m looking for a new dry cleaners’ now. The whom I grew up with who did dry cleaning would be ashamed to return thins in this condition.

I could give this store negative –1000 stars as they really screwed up my very expensive shirt. I gave it for dry cleaning and they made a huge mess and my white shirt became brown. They delivered it after a week or so and When I questioned about the same they put a blame on me. Instead of asking for apology they were completely rude on me in unprofessional manner. I just put that expensive shirt in a trash as it is no longer wearable. I wasted my time, money, energy etc. Please stay away from this place even if they do it for free. I can’t express how frustrated i am while writing this review.

I drop off the shirts. A few days later, they are clean, I pick them up. What else can I say? They also do mending. There.
Giving them 4 stars for lack of humor. I walk in, and tell them a joke.
Guy walks into a tailor in ancient Greece, and drops off his toga. The tailor picks it up, turns it over and finds a gash across the waist. The tailor looks up at the man and says, «Euripides?»
The man nods and says, «Yeah. Eumendides?»
Nobody at Cleaner-​1 laughs. I cry. Minus 1 star.

A good, honest business. I went in to another dry cleaners in the same strip mall and they quoted me $ 59 to clean a down-​filled vest. Came in here hoping to pay less, and they quoted me $ 10! Couldn’t be happier.

Hmmm. Someone keeps taking off my review? This company did pretty well for a while. When I had an issue with a new short getting destroyed at their cleaner, they denied, denied, denied. Were not helpful. Beware.

I brought in a sample dress from a wedding store to be cleaned under a tight time crunch. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and did a wonderful job on the dress.
I had initially planned to have Bakker’s clean the dress, however, they couldn’t assure me that they could remove the dirt and make-​up. Cleaner-​1 did not seem to have a problem and were able to clean the dress in half the time that Bakker had quoted.
