I have been here several times, i feel the traditional taste. Every curry i tasted reminded home area.

A very nice take out place. Affordable and plenty in quantity. The food is very decent and they also have monthly pay. You can buy food through out the month and pay it after(Once a month) and this is without taxes !

This is restaurant for Biryanis and some of the good south Indian curries. Just a warning sometimes they serve not so good food(1 out of 5 times), but it has been case with most Indian restaurants in Seattle .

We had taken catering for our vegetarian dinner party. All the items were really good. All our guests enjoyed the food. Correct spice level.

The best part about this place is their lunch/dinner box. Perfect for days when you can’t cook and want to eat on a budget. I like their Andhra style dals, curries and chutneys, spicy and tasty. However, I feel the food is way too oily to be eaten often.

Got some dal and Baby corn manchuria to go. I got something chewy in my mouth and puled it out. They seem to have used some rubber band for seasoning. The food seemed reasonable enough, but I can’t get the taste of rubber band in my mouth.

I ordered chicken 65 biryani and it was so spicy and hot that I had to throw it. The quality as well as the taste has gone down drastically over a period of time. I would not recommend this place to others. Really disappointed with this place.

Beware: Prepare your own chutney: D We ordered two plates of Punugu and you know, we just got chutney in a very small disposable container(smaller than regualar ketchup cup), which will be hardly sufficient not even for half a plate of Punugulu. I dont know if they intend customers to cook their own chutney, despite of buying each plate for 4+ bugs. It might sound funny to read this review complaining about chutney. But i know, one would feel annoyed like me especially when you are hungry and such things happen.

1st time in this location and very disappointed. The quantity is relatively small for the price when you compare to a Chinese take-out. Don’t know why so many Indian restaurants(including this one) disappoint on taste, price and quantity dimensions simultaneously. Anyway, the goat fry was super spicy and not well done. Never tasted such a dish where all you can taste is chili and spices. The parathas were a disappointment as well. Pretty pricey for $ 4.5 and $ 5.0 for one piece.

I used to be a regular customer here. The food was really good at their old location. The quality of food has deteriorated so much that I no longer go to this place. The curries are overloaded with chilli powder. Chilli powder and oil is all you can taste in their food.

I’m done with this place. Three times in row they have messed up my carry out order. Not to mention the long wait times. This place reeks of inefficiency, lack of concern and disrespect for customers. Good riddance!

This used to be my favourite place for the Biryani… but not any more and they lost the quality and taste as well. Sometimes the rice is half cooked and very spicy, as you can’t even eat(though I love spicy food) and it also cause many gas and digestion problems. If you want to waste your money and spoil your occasion just visit this place. I just stopped going to this place long back and I rather stay hungry but never visit this place again…

The chicken Biryani is a joke. It is 98% cheap white rice and some throw away chicken pieces which are hard to find and tastes like cheap throwaway meat. I had to go looking deep for any chicken and found 2 small pieces which felt more like throwaway meat. I have tried chicken biryani twice here and have stopped now because I don’t want to be ripped off. What’s the point of spending $ 10 on chicken biryani when most of what you get is white rice? Agreed this is not a restaurant where a typical entrée will cost $ 12+. But this place needs to either reduce their prices to $ 7 or improve quality and quantity. Otherwise it is a rip off and they are not going to stay in business long by fooling customers.

For those lazy days when you don’t feel like cooking anything, it’s a great place to pick up curry to go. Just stick some rice in the rice cooker or microwave some rotis and you’ve got a meal. I’ve been here a good amount of times and the service is good. The ladies at the counter are nice. Food to go is quick, so you can be in and out in 10 minutes. The quality of food is really a hit or a miss. Some days, the curry tastes amazing and it just makes you feel like you’re in India having authentic homemade food. Other days, the food it subpar — tastes like the sauce was made in a big batch and the cook didn’t do a taste test to ensure it had the right amount of spices.

We have been very happy with this place, but today the rice was almost white in the byriani and the one star? it is for the mean with attitude girl in the counter. It is as we are being fed for free. She was behaving in a similar way with other customers today. I honestly will never come here again. I hope the owner reads this and train this girl that was working today. This is USA and she should know that you don’t treat customers like this.

My favorite Indian place around here. This place moved from 152nd several months back and is better than the currypointonline opened up there. It mainly caters for togo, though some occasionally eat in their small dining area. Authentic indian«home style» cooking. They circulate their menu regularly and include healthy veggie dishes. Menu is pretty decent. Biryani is definitely the best i have had, and i have lived for several years in the bay area too. I don’t bother going anywhere else.

I bought a packet of Amma’s Kitchen Hyderabad Mixture on 26 Aug. It was stale and unfit for consumption. As directed on the packet I sent a complaint to the manufacturers in Hyderabad. It did not elicit any response. I am surprised that such sub standard products are stored at this store. I bought it only because they would not accept credit card payment for sale of less than $ 5! I did not have energy to return it. In any case Indian stores here not only refuse to accept returns but insult you for being an Indian!

They were good but but not anymore. I had been frequent to curry point and enjoyed their food when they were on 152nd street. Their food quality has degraded after they have moved to 20 th street. Food is too spicy. I like spicy food but not this spicy. And most of their curries are soaked in lemon … I doubt they are the same whose food I used to enjoy few months back. 2 stars because I used to love otherwise waste of money
