Stay away from this place like the plague. I ordered a pizza and some buffalo chicken bites and both were unacceptable. First of all, the pizza was not even hot. Second, the buffalo chicken bites was just a pile of burnt mush. You couldnt even recognize when opening the box that they are chicken bites. What kind of careless irresponsible people work here that you would pass this off as acceptable to your customer? Needless to say I will not be coming back here and neither should any of you.

My order tonight was not fresh and not hot, not really even warm. And it was incorrect. This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a pizza delivery. I won’t be ordering again. It’ll be Papa Johns instead from here on out for me.

This rating is based on the food only. The only one worker there was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Purchased Chicken bites and pasta with marinara sauce. If you want chicken with flavor, you have to get the dipping sauce, all the chicken nuggets are breaded and has no flavor. I was expecting what most restaurants do is toss the chicken in the sauce after cooking. There is no flavor to the coating and no crispy crunch. Sorry to say but McDonalds chicken strips has a better texture. Now for the pasta. Neither myself or the other party could take more than a few bites even after we used pepper. The sauce was canned, no taste. I could have boiled some noodles and opened a can of any bottled sauce from the grocery store and it would have tasted better and cheaper. Oh, and the meatballs were smaller than the diameter of a penny. I was thrilled to learn a pizza place was offering more than pizza but chicken bites and spaghetti are two easy items to make and tweak a recipe. Add some cut carrots, zucchini, onions, squash, spices… I really can’t believe their recipe passed the test kitchen and everyone who had to agree selling this product would be a good financial move. Not many pizza places offer pasta here in Bellevue, Readi Spaghetti in Kirkland and California Pizza in Bellevue so far are on my top ten list. Yeah I know, I only have two favorites so far.

Sometimes this place really gets it right. But sometimes, they really, really blow it. Two stars for inconsistent quality, and charging for parmesan cheese

I love domino’s and its been my fav pizza destination since years! I usually order in the create your own pizza criteria because I prefer it to be in a specific way… And they make it just as i expect it to be, without fail… Domino’s never disappointed me and they are very punctual… My lazy days become easy with you guys!!! :) Keep up the good work! :) :)

OK– it’s Dominos(which has gotten a lot better than it used to be) — so it’s not the best gourmet pizza. It’s is so quick and fast with great coupons available. I ordered online and was amazed by the live animation of where the pizza is in the process. My kids loved to see when it was«out for delivery» and then the delivery guy showed up at our door– pretty amazing!

Lived downtown for over two years now and have been using the same Dominos. This is the boyfriend and I’s main pizza to order. Everywhere else is just okay. They are super fast, efficient and always good service. We always order online and you CAN order ½ and ½ online… lol

These guys r idiots. Doesn’t even know how to take a simple phone order. tried placing an order online, but didn’t have an option for ½&1/2 option, so decided to call. The guy answered my call was a complete joke. no greeting, just so tired to be there on a busy night. Didn’t even know how to pronounce the menu, he literally said«the extra, whatever?» After i was told it’d be ready in 11−71mins, which i asked twice, and got the answer of «yeah, we’re busy» with an attitude, i just hang up and decided to take my business elsewhere.

These guys are great. They’re fast. They’re like Jimmy John’s fast. And the pizzas are great, a lot like Jimmy John’s sandwiches, only it’s pizza, not sandwiches. They’ve made a lot of great changes, but they still haven’t changed their uniforms. They should switch that up, and maybe ride bikes for delivery like Jimmy Johns. But I still give them five stars, because I like it fast. Jimmy John’s fast.

Ordered a coupon deal of a large pizza with triple feta, garlic, Parmesan Asiago, black olives, and half spinach. Was delicious! Baked to perfection. Tasty crust. Well done and speedy delivery! Dominos has really stepped it up and this location did great.

This location is our go to location in Bellevue. We’ve been using this location for about 2 years now. Their customer service never fails, I am always happy to call and be greeted by friendly service. Also their delivery is very quick and I don’t think I’ve ever had an order arrive messed up. While the pizza is your typical national chain pizza it’s still affordable, quick and tasty. I would recommend this location.

Online delivery is easy. The delivery charge is kind of BS but the pizzas are bomb. I would only buy pizzas from online coupons though.

Vegetarians beware, this Dominos is incredibly careless with how they make their pizza. Twice now, on 3 separate pizzas I’ve gotten stray pieces of some type of meat(two times sausage, once pepperoni). I’m not the pickiest vegetarian and I get that when you order fast food, mistakes will be made but on multiple occasions? They also don’t respond to customer service complaints, and they won’t keep your pizza warm if you’re gonna go pick it up. Domino’s is pretty solid but this place is pretty meh

The pizza is average. Lava cake is awesome. I was shocked to get service at this store. The driver forgot the sauce for the cheesy bread. I called and asked if the driver was close enough to re-stop by. He did anyhow and was really nice about forgetting it and coming back. AND they gave me lava cake. Had no idea these things were so good.

Does Domino’s have 5-star pizza? No. Has it improved their business from head-to-toe in a successful 5-star manner? YES!!! I’ve recently ordered Domino’s a few times in the past few weeks. What’s amazing to me is– the pizza quality and taste has actually gotten substantially better in the past year AND so has the customer service. They have good deals going on, they’ve engulfed themselves in a well-done customer serviced related social media world, and they have designed a computer ordering/tracking that actually works and is helpful. Another amazing thing is – unlike another corporate competitor in the area– Domino’s can ACTUALLY figure out how to get to my place. This deserves a 5-star rating in itself, as in the past I’ve had a driver turn back. Other perks? They actually bring cheese and red-pepper packets and the drivers carry some change! AND they stay open til 1am! FINALLY a late-night pizza option for us lonely Eastsiders. hahah

i’ve been a dominos regular practically since birth. in high school i used to spend friday nights with a friend. her mom and my mom would go out for dinner, and the two of us would each have a medium thin crust pizza and watch tv like cool high school kids do… i’m such a fan of dominos, that i guess i was probably the only person in the world who was upset when they«improved» their recipe. oh well, the new stuff is fine, too. anyway, after years of being a loyal customer to the dominos pizza in cerritos, ca on artesia blvd(i had their phone number memorized), i now live in bellevue. i’ve been here for a few months and it was about time for my dominos-catered pizza & movie night.(this is after being less-than-impressed by other local pizza spots). so dominos it was. the girl on the phone was super bored with her job, and i could tell everytime she rolled her eyes at me on the other side of the phone. its ok, i don’t blame her, it’s not the best thing to be doing on a saturday evening i guess. anyway, she said it’d be 45 – 55 minutes(longer than i’m used to waiting), but the delivery man was awesome– he gave me a call a few minutes ahead of time as a heads up, and was so friendly and in a great mood even though it was freezing outside and he had short sleeves on! ok, so the point of all of this is that i got what i expected at this dominos, which is what i wanted. i’ve never met a dominos i didn’t like,(even the one time my pizza was slightly overcooked/borderline burnt). dominos is dominos, which is why i love it.

Promo reps came by our office complex selling the Dominos coupon Pak at a great deal. Perhaps too good to be true. Anyway I had a difficult time from the first order on getting the to accept it. Now the second time I have had enough. Having to argue over the phone for a pizza order with the promos they brought to me… think not! Papa Johns has agreed to accept these coupons with no issues!!! Beware of the Dominos Promo Office Offers!
