Fuji Teriyaki

The owner is rude. Rice has no taste. Online menu does not match prices at restaurant. Paid 10 dollars for something listed at $ 7.50 online. Not going back to this place again. Overall, food is low quality and overpriced.

This place is so cheap and their food is so bad I asked for extra Teriaki sauce after spending 30 dollars and buying 3 Teriaki to go and they want to charge me for 2 packages of Teriaki sauce do not support them till they change for a cheap sauce there are plants of good Teriaki places in Bellevue which you can go and get all the free sauce you want for your food customers always right and when the owner is rude and cheap I won’t support them as I did for many years I give them zero for customer service

The food is good. Food portions use to be good sized portions, but it appears that they only give you small portions now. Removing a star because of the cheap potions of food

I go in here time to time and really enjoy getting the spicy chicken teriyaki with fresh salad. By far my most favorite thing to get here!
Knocking off one star cause the people who work there are somewhat rude. No smiles or greeting anyone lol. It’s more of a «swipe your card/​pay up quickly and get out» (If ordering take out.)

If you’re looking for good teriyaki and healthy servings this is the place! Love how they give you sauteed cabbage instead of those cheap iceberg lettuce portions that most teriyaki joints do. Service is fast and chicken is juicy. Will def be coming back.

I been coming here for over 15 years. And will continue coming here for the next 15 more (because that’s when I will probably be dead). Daily special, the best for the price. Jumbo chicken teriyaki, is my order of choice. Can’t go wrong with Fuji Teriyaki.

These people are SO RUDE every time i come in here. The woman at the register with the short hair has RBS even if you smile at her. And she only seemed to smile and be friendly to the white middle aged men.
I asked for brown rice with my 2 orders and they acted like I was asking them for some unspeakable thing! I don’t plan on giving them anymore of my time or money. I stopped here because it was on the was home. There food is your typical strip mall teriyaki, the food is not worst the unfriendly/​bad device.

I was in the Crossroad area and wanted some teriyaki. I usually go to Teriyaki & More, but they were closed on Sunday. Anyhow, I wanted to give this place a try even though it only got 3 stars. I got the jumbo chicken teriyaki and the portion was good. However, the chicken was average at best. Teriyaki & more is still the teriyaki joint to go to in Bellevue. I only wish that they open on Sunday.

My go-​to yaki joint. Perfect spiciness levels and big portions. I wish there were more options for sides instead of the just the salad, but it is a good one.

This place rocks! Very healthy portions of Teriyaki but definitely make sure that you specify that you would like salad otherwise you will be depressed to open the to go box full of steamed cabbage… worth it for the teriyaki though!

Fuji Teriyaki is a good place to grab a quick bite. The portions are plenty, service is quick, and prices are great. I ordered a tempura, and the food was ready within 10 minutes.

I was waiting for Dough Zone’s table next to this restaurant, and the owner of Fuji restaurant came out and asked me to not stand in front of their restaurant. lol, that was just a public alley. Since the owner was rude, they lost me as a potential customer forever.

I logged in wanting to update my last review but, I apparently never reviewed my go to Teriyaki place in the area?
I really liked this place when it was previously owned. I noticed lots of changes recently as well as the normal owner not being there any more. Nothing was said which makes sense to keep the customer base and not to alarm anyone but, I noticed.
The prices were at least kept the same but I am noticing some cut backs to optimize the profits. The portion sizes were cut back just a little so it seemed the same. Although they are trying to make the place prettier, I personally don’t think it’s worth the food changes like the quality of Kimchee.
I miss how the old business was run. Yes, even the direct non friendly attitude the old owner had when ordering food, etc. It became kind of a theme of the place for me like how Dixies BBQ staff was comically rude as well. Now, it feels like a generic teriyaki place that seems to be sliding into the average standard that the others have made. I’m hoping things get better in food quality so I don’t have to drive down to Yummy’s when I want food.

It’s not too bad. I like their spicy chicken teriyaki that has full flavor and a good heat in their spices.

I wanted to like this place more, but ugh.

Probably the best Teriyaki I’ve had in Washington. Portions are big, prices are extremely low, sauce is just right and service is pretty fast.
The only gripe I have as far as the food is that they serve the Teriyaki with steamed cabbage, give me a salad with a good ginger dressing and we’re good.
Minus one star because the cashier/​owner is a bit of a jerk. Very abrupt not friendly whatsoever. Maybe it’s a cultural thing but at least have a smile on your face if you’re gonna take my money.

Fuji is GOOD not GREAT
I have been going here for years. It is the closest decent teriyaki place in the bellevue/​crossroads area. The service is fast and has become less friendly over the years. The owner and his wife used to always be present and welcomed everyone but now the cashier seems to hate his job. Unfortunetly I always feel unconfortable eating due to the cooks in the back creeping on you while you eat.
Recomondations:
Spicy teriyaki– VERY DELICOUS. Nice flavors, the sauce is perfect.
Egg rolls– Good and not to greasy
Salad instead of the warmed veggies. The dressing is very good and lettuce is always crisp.
DO NOT get the beef teriyaki. Very tiny pieces of shriveled up beef. Very dissapointed the 3 times I have ordered this. I was always hoping for it to be better but have officially learned my lesson. The beef rib on the other hand is good, sometimes they run out though.
Overall I will still come here time to time but my new favorite teriyaki spot is Yummy teriyaki in Redmond.

First and foremost let me address the owner. I am not defending, but its just the way the guy is. He’s not social, he’s not trying to be rude, it’s just his personality. Deal with it.
With that aside, this place is probably my 2^nd favorite teriyaki place in Bellevue aside «Teriyaki & More» located in eastgate. They give huge portions, the chicken is high quality thick cuts, and you definitely get your moneys worth.
I would give this place a 4 star, but I’m giving it a 5 to make up for all the biased reviews based on the owner’s attitude.

It’s the Decent Food Row in the Crossroads area – there’s an awesome Salvadoran place next door, and a high-​scoring Thai place a couple doors down. There’s a cool-​looking market in the parking lot next door. This place makes a yeoman’s effort to hold its own, but it’s not amazing, even by teriyaki standards (and, yes, I’ll happily a teriyaki place five stars, «for a teriyaki place.» But the stars are still there – for places that deserve them).
Fuji, or, as I like to call it, Fudgy Teriyaki is fairly run of the mill. Walk past the plastic and vinyl dining room seating to order at the counter. Peruse the most-​wanted gallery of entrée mug shots. Retrieve your drink from the fountain, or from the cooler.
As always, I had the chicken breast, extra spicy. I wish I had opted out of the white rice; it came covered with salty goo – teriyaki sauce from a bottle. The chicken was in decent shape, though clearly chopped before cooking. The spicy sauce was some sort of ketchup-​based red sauce kicked up to maybe two stars with some pepper flakes. The Sriracha went a lot farther to brighten up the flavors.
The steamed vegetables weren’t too bad; going a little limp but not totally beleaguered. All in all, I would come back but wouldn’t drive very far. And, given that El Comal and Thai VP are under the same roof, it’s hard to imagine not just going to one of those instead.
