Great Harvest Bread Co.

If you would like homemade bread, this is the next best place to buy bread. For production bread, it’s baked daily and has more variety of healthy bread than most anywhere else. This is where I come to buy Ezekiel bread, with it’s heavy contents of herbs and grains.

Cinnamon chip bread is to die for!!! Love it and it’s incredible just on its own.
Sometimes I like to spoil myself and eat it with vanilla ice cream! Sandwiches are pretty decent, a tad on the pricer side for the sandwiches. Haven’t been here in awhile, but always delicious I’m assuming. Great location! Could always grab a Starbucks next door to feed both my addiction to cinnamon chip bread and coffee

Great service with delicious samples (with butter) so you can pick your new favorite breads or just buy your regular favorites. My favorites are the Cinnamon Crisp and Honey Wheat Breads! YUMMY!

Don’t forget to try their lunch specials. It’s heaven for bread lovers. My favorite is almond chocolate chip cake. But all their bread is really good and a very warm service.
This is a take away place only. There are chairs outside of you’d rather eat there.

If you want a sandwich and are in factoria area, this is a good place to go. Definitely better than subway! I didn’t know how it worked my first time but you have to write what you want on a slip, one color is for hot sandwiches and one is for cold. The ingredients and bread were nice and fresh. Plus they give you samples while you wait! I love being able to build my own sandwich!

They have an apple crunch scone, which may be my honest to goodness favorite thing I have ever eaten. Delicious apples, mixed with a crumbly cinnamon/​brown sugar streusel topping. Was shocked to find out it was whole grain! Add to that, the fact that these people are extremely generous community members, and I will be back over and over again. My aunt wants everyone to know they sell a fabulous Apple Butter.

Loved their honey whole wheat bread for years but finally tried a sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised. I think there was 8 ounces of just turkey and another 8 ounces of bread and toppings it was huge! I could only eat half. My boyfriend devoured his turkey veggie Swiss sandwich on honey wheat. I savored my turkey havarti cranberry on honey wheat. Worth going back for and worth the crazy lady who cut in front of me in line and ordered a million gluten free things only to buy a brownie as well hehe. I love food trends.

While the food was good I though the staff seemed either distracted or just uninterested. I was waiting for a while even though it was almost empty and it seemed like the staff person was put out by the fact that it was my first time and I didn’t know the ordering process. She also didn’t offer any recommendations which I would have appreciated.

It gets pretty busy during lunch time, but always great customer service. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I love how they always have samples so you know what things taste like before you buy. And everything tastes wonderful!

Tiny little shop between the QFC & Bartells in Factoria, but well worth the stop for some delicious, fresh bread. The Apple Cinnamon Crunch is by far my favorite! I could eat it every day. And they always have some samples so you can taste.

I came to know GH when living in Idaho. The place is awesome but by far the best thing about it is their sour dough. It comes from a starter that is over 100 years old. It’s amazing.
The problem: the Factoria location doesn’t have it. When I asked about it they said it was because they just couldn’t get the recipe right. This is a real shame cause I would go here for lunch everyday if you could. There has to be some way for a bakery that is part of a franchise to figure out how to make it, perhaps from other franchisees?
I will still go for your awesome selection of sweet breads, but unfortunately I don’t ever think of this as a lunchtime decision.

Fast and friendly service during lunch rush this afternoon (Friday). I was immediately greeted and shown how to request a sandwich, shown specials and offered a sample. Everyone working was smiling, cheerful and well groomed. Maybe the staff has changed since the previous Unilocalers poor experiences?
I was relieved to see the store was clean and didn’t hesitate to order the hummus, avocado, swiss, cucumber, red onion sandwich on honey wheat. This is the perfect light sandwich that doesn’t leave you feeling over stuffed. The bread was soft, slightly sweet and heavenly good. I also ordered the walnut chocolate chip cookie which I haven’t yet devoured. It feels soft so I’m sure it’ll be good. Thanks to the Unilocalers who suggested the sandwich, and thank you Great Harvest for not letting me down. My $ 9 sandwich was better than expected, you rocked on the customer service, and I’m sure to be back soon.

These guys are awesome! Very helpful and friendly staff, they answered all of my allergen questions and provided samples for the things I wanted to try. My first experience was great and my 2^nd time there they were just as friendly and helpful, so I know it wasn’t a fluke! Excellent bread, very tasty with good flavors. Apple crunch and cinnamon crunch are good choices and their seasonal pumpkin chocolate chip is a great find!
Highly recommend these guys, keep up the good work!

What kind of a sandwich place doesn’t have sandwiches? Apparently, this one.
I found the shop on Unilocal,looked really good and said it was open till 5. Drove down to the store at 3:30, and was greeted by a friendly staff who informed me that they don’t do sandwiches after 3pm, but I could buy a loaf of bread or some cookies.
Sorry, what? You are a sandwich shop, it’s (only) 3pm and I am hungry, but you wouldn’t make me a sandwich? Why do you have two people on staff, and keep the shop open, if you can’t make me what I came there to enjoy? If you’re open till 5pm, then do a favor and make food that you claim to have or stay closed. :(

It used to be I would give this place a decent review. But today I had an upsetting experience and felt the need to share. Just for some knowledge, today is Saturday the day before Mother’s Day. I woke up early this morning because I wanted some coffee and some yummy warm bread! So naturally I went to the GHB co.
So they open at 6:30 and I get there at about 7:15 am. I walk in and it’s like the place is closing for the night. Almost nothing on the shelves. I asked for a mini loaf of their Cinnamon Chip bread. The kid looks at me and says in his coolest emo, skater or whatever is hot now voice: «uh, we don’t have any.» I said oh, really? He said «yeah we haven’t even started making it yet. Then he turns to one of the guys baking and asks how long. He says, «probably two hours.» I’m thinking ok, well without any bread on the racks maybe you shouldn’t even open since that’s what you sell.
I was very annoyed to say the least. As a bread company they are basically a bakery, if all bakeries had nothing on the shelves in the morning when people come to purchase them, people won’t come.
Anyway, I love their bread so I did buy an apple and caramel scone but I wasn’t really happy with that purchase. Next time I will think twice about going there.

I have a very serious great harvest addiction! This place is so great ! Fresh warm delicious bread is something that is offered here, right out of the oven. I love anything ranging from the delightful pastries they offer, to the delicious soups and sandwiches. I most often get a custom made sandwich because they can be stuffed with fresh delicious veggies and meat! I’ve always had great customer service here too, which keeps me coming back.

GREAT option for lunch in Factoria. I order online so I can skip the lunch rush wait between 12 and 1.
After I order from my desk at work, I can leave immediately and my sandwich is ready less than 10 minutes later when I arrive at the store. My hummus & avocado sandwich on honey wheat is always made right, and is always super fresh.
DELICIOUS! And so efficient. Love it. The staff people are friendly and upbeat, an added bonus. Worth the $ 9 if you ask me.
