Jenni’s Macarons are so fantastic!
I had tried a couple different flavors last year at a friend’s birthday party and loved them. So I ordered a dozen for my boyfriend for his birthday. We had a constant email exchange as I kept changing my mind as to what I wanted. The final product though was fantastic! Chocolate Macarons with a chocolate ganache filling and Reese’s peanut butter cups on top. My boyfriend LOVED them, and I did too (he knew that I got the macarons mostly for myself, but made sure and get his favorite flavor).

I wanted to order a Red Velvet cake for my boyfriend as part of our anniversary celebration — however, Jenni was gonna be out of town for our actual anniversary date [Easter this year, boo!]. I eventually decided that since we go big on celebrating every month, we may as well have a week of anniversary celebrations this year, and I ordered the cake to arrive ³⁄₃₁.
Jenni delivered the 6″ round triple layer Red Velvet cake to my door for a price that was way cheaper than other local bakers would have quoted me [I know, I’ve worked at a bakery before!]. My boyfriend decided this was easily the best Red Velvet cake he’s ever had, and I agree — it was moist and rich with a really light cream cheese frosting — it wasn’t disgustingly sweet or overpowering at all. We totally pigged out and it was gone by Sunday night ;)
I don’t need an excuse to be a fatty, but ordering from Jenni definitely makes it easy to be one! So convenient and delicious, the price point honestly feels like it’s not much more than buying the ingredients… however, it comes without the risk of potentially messing it up myself. So, hooray for Jenni’s Sugar Shop! I’m sure I’ll make another order again soon :3

I ordered two dozens to bring to my office as a treat. Got one dozen of those mini crack pies and one dozen chocolate macaroons.
I brought them in the morning, and they were all gone before lunch time.
I will be honest, I generally am not a big fan of macaroons. I’ve tried them at Le Panier and other small bakeries, but I was pretty jaded. It’s usually too sweet and dense. But I’ve got to say, Jenni’s macaroons are pretty good. Hits the spot. The mini crack pies are so addicting. I could eat a dozen just by myself.
Timeliness wise: I got my delivery on the exact day I wanted it, Jenni answered my request on Facebook within an hour when I placed my order.
And when I got my delivery, Jenni reminded me to keep them refrigerated… well of course, all natural and no preservatives! =D

Jenni’s Sugar Shop is awesome, ordered three dozen cookies from her for a meeting and everyone loved them! All orders can be completed through her website. If you’re unsure what to order from her you should definitely try her crack pie, it’s my favorite. Posted a picture of mini crack pies for people who are curious!
