A very incompetent careless group of property managers in Washington. They have a large portfolio of properties due to lack of competition in the state and as such once they sign the term contract with the landlord, their true colors start showing. Wise to interview their tenants and landlords before making ANY commitments !!!

This appears to be the leasing agent for the property at: The UPS Store #2471 700 Nw Gilman Blvd Ste E103 Issaquah, WA98027 While visiting the store today, the entrance door slammed really hard on my arm and shoulder. The employee at the store told me the door’s been like that for years and the landlord is responsible for the exterior maintenance. Based on that experience, I tend to agree with the other reviewer that noted maintenance issues.

Couldn’t disagree more with the previous reviewer, have had nothing but positive experiences with JSH. Also, the reviewer has at least one fact wrong, since JSH doesn’t manage Kirkland Square. In fairness, that property has been very badly impacted by King County’s pump station construction next door, and I look forward to seeing it thriving again when that work is finally completed this year.
