Last night’s fantastic recital featuring Tess Altiveros and Elisabeth Ellis was the second event I’ve attended in this hall after my first experience, «The Marriage of Figaro,» several months ago. I enjoyed both events tremendously. Having a nice, intimate venue like this in the heart of Bellevue is great and between the two events, the space has proven to be very flexible and able to comfortably accommodate a fair number of people. I look forward to attending future events.

Resononce recital location is fantastic. Great place for performances. Parking policy is draconian and poorly implemented. We arrived a little late. Found a spot at 7:00pm that said it was reserved from 9:00am-7:00pm so we rushed to the venue. When we returned to the car 45 minutes later we had been ticketed $ 40.00. Why is it that every other parking venue in Bellevue and Seattle give you a parking card when you pull in so that you know you have to pay? Why was the sign misleading? I won’t patronize any of the restaurants because of this. Unfriendly. Inconvenient. Of course, because thy threaten me with a credit agency on the ticket, I will pay it. If you invite people to this location please warn your guests.

It's a bit unfair to punish a business inside a building for the poor building owner's poor management of their parking garage. I suggest posting this review to SOMA Towers Apartments, since they manage the building.
