I accidentally left a 4 stroke pressure washer out in the rain for several weeks this winter. After calling HD (where I bought it) and being told that they wouldn’t even be able to take a look at it for 4 – 6 weeks, I came across RG looking for alternatives.
James was great — giving me a reasonable estimate and a time frame (1 – 1.5 weeks) that they met on both counts — in fact, got the pressure washer back a few days ahead of schedule.
It was a little bit hard to find but that is the only nit — otherwise, very friendly and professional.

I bought a Hitatchi leaf blower from Amazon. It quit working after using it a dozen of times. I brought it over to RG and Daniel checked it out and after a few weeks repaired it.
It had a bad piston. Daniel repaired it and it seized up again. Daniel went out of his way to work with Hitatchi to get me a NEW blower as a replacement.
This guy rocks! Avoid going to any other lawn/garden equipment store because this is the shop to go to if you have issues or need new equipment.
