Excellent place for a good after work get together. Relaxed efficient and friendly service! The side tacos are a fantastic snack with a margarita! Also the wings are spicy with just the breading itself.

First the«pro’s»: friendly staff, fast service, authentic refried beans, and delicious Pozole(but you must ask for the toppings). The«con’s»: Terrible location; you must drive through Factorial Mall parking lot, there is not a Beef section on the menu; the beef enchilada offered are made with ground beef.

Very friendly and fun atmosphere. Good food and lots of it. A little pricey but worth it when you have leftovers that last for two more meals. They have really good margaritas too. I especially like their chips and salsa.

It was good but nothing special… Only thing is my whole family ordered something different but it’ll everything looked the same and tasted the same. And the the tostada salad didn’t come with crispy she’ll but it came with soggy she’ll on the bottom of everything… Tostada salad looked and tasted the same as chicken chimichanga! But the service was really good!

One star for the chips and one star for the speedy service otherwise Ricardo’s never fails to disappoint. Every red sauce tastes like ketchup. My husband had the Arroz Con Pollo which is his go to Mexican dish. He didn’t even finish it and he usually finishes his plate and mine at most restaurants. I had a chicken burrito that wouldn’t have been bad except for that ketchup-y sauce. What I wouldn’t give for a decent Mexican restaurant in Factoria!

The best bar in factoria period! I love this joint. The staff is great and the bar has a great atmosphere. It’s always clean! Believe it or not the hot wings are legit, crazy for a mexican joint. My suggestion, get a large victoria w/the hot wings. Serious nirvana.

I was skeptical about this place but glad I checked it out for myself. The food quality was fresh and presentation was clean. Prices are also very reasonable. Nachos were so good and entrée portions were generous. The margaritas and Pacifico on tap was great. The bar atmosphere was a lot nicer than I expected. Décor was not dingy and tacky. I’d definitely recommend this place for watching a game. Overall not the best but not the worst. Plenty of parking available and lots of bar seating. Will definitely come back here for my Mexican food cravings.

This is an OK Mexican restaurant. I had the Tortilla soup which was OK — not great but enjoyable. The service was fine and they serve a great Virgin piña colada. The chips were warm and they have one of the better salsa dips to enjoy while waiting for food. While we are there — they had a large party of kids — who were somewhat unsupervised and noisy. I understand that it is a family restaurant and kids are kids — and I love them as such — but some supervision would help. The Restaurant was an old Billy McHale’s I believe and needs to be updated a little — showing its age. Overall it is fine and if I craved Mexican while in that neighborhood — I would go back.

The worse Mexican food I have ever tried in my life! So salty, used low quality materials, served burned food, the bowls are so dirty! First and last time– no more.

I grew up in rural California eating homemade Mexican food at friend’s houses and eating at hole-in-the-walls with pretty authentic Mexican food. That said, they do have authentic Mexican food on the menu. if you know what to order at Ricardo’s, you won’t be disappointed! The pork carnitas, for instance, is fantastic. Perfectly seasoned, tender pork, with just the right amount of fat. Not greasy at all. The freshly made tortillas are to die for. They do also have the type of food that most Americans expect, and it’s good, but if you really want the fantastic dishes, go with one of the entrees a little off the beaten path. You’ll be in for a real treat. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, but nice. It’s never seemed too loud or too crowded for us. The staff is always accommodating and pleasant. Portions are very generous, but you’ll often want more tortillas because they’re just so darn good. Prices are reasonable, given the portions. They do take-out as well.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Bellevue or Issaquah areas. I got the chorizo con huevos, a dish that is habitually undercooked in this area. The chorizo was crispy and very flavorful. The tortillas are homemade and the queso strikes a good balance between creamy and spicy.

The service is prompt and the décor pleasant but the food is so bland as to ruin the illusion of this being Mexican food

Based on what I tried here, which was the Chalupa, it was okay, about average. Not much flavor, had to add a lot of hot sauce.

First time eating here, so I wasn’t expecting that much from a Mexican restaurant. Food lacked flavor. I got a taco bowl thingy, and it was just dripping on the bottom. The guacamole was bland. Besides the flavorless meal, their complementary chips and salsa were pretty good. It tasted homemade. Staff were quite attentive. kept asking if everything was peachy and made sure our glasses were full. Besides that I really liked all their cute bunny décor for Easter.

I’ve not had Mexican food this bad in a long time. Chips were stale and room temperature. Had an odd tang to them. Salsa tasted low-buck canned. Got the lunch Chorizo burrito — yuk. The Tortilla I do not believe was fully cooked — it was doughy. Chorizo tasted burnt. The filling was just chorizo and a little egg — very bland. It was covered in a tasteless red sauce. Accompanied by the requisite forgettable Spanish rice and refried beans. I ordered a side of pickled jalapeños for which they charged $ 1.25 — this is obnoxious. Incalculable markup for a quarter cup of bulk Sysco peppers. Service was quick and courteous. They get one star for this. Billing issues: Price charged was higher than listed on the menu. Didn’t feel like arguing. Facilities are in rough condition but not in a cool taqueria way. I’ve not written a Unilocal!review in some time. An experience like this has to be noteworthy.

FOOD: The food wasn’t phenomenal but it is what you would expect at a Mexican restaurant. I got the chicken chimichanga. It came with beans, rice, guacamole and sour cream(typical). I asked to sub out the sour cream for more guacamole but i’m not use if they added more. The plate was huge and it looked like a lot of food but the chimichanga itself wasn’t that large. It was covered with all the toppings so it looked like a lot but overall it was an average dish. It was about $ 14 for the chicken chimichanga… I would not come back for it unfortunately. Also, the chips and salsa was not my favorite. I had better at different Mexican restaurants! The chips were warm which is great but there was something missing with their salsa. SERVICE: Not as attentive as I would expect but decent and friendly(at times). PRESENTATION: The usually large hot plates with lots of bean and rice! The restaurant itself was large that could accommodate large parties. There is also a bar area that could fit at least 50 people! LOCATION: The parking lot by Walmart and Big 5 sporting goods. Plenty of parking. WOULD I COMEBACK: I’ll see rather have my chipotle… ADVICE: They make their own tortilla flour right by the front desk which is fun to watch and see the process of how it is made! To bad I did not get to try their fresh tortilla… :(

This was the second time I have eaten here. The first time I was really excited because it was so close to my house and I loved the bar area. So I knew that if I ever wanted to grab a drink I had a cool bad to go to. We ordered things off the Happy Hour Menu and it was just okay. The service was good. Well the second time that I went, the bar had a few large groups in there. The service really poor. I could go on and on about why, but«Poor» sums it up. The quality of food was mediocre.

My rating is based on the 4 – 5 times I’ve been here, most recently the day after Christmas. Unfortunately on that day I don’t believe they had a fresh delivery of food, since the carnitas I ordered tasted at least a few days old. I asked the server if they were fresh, which he said they were, but my wife and I disagree. I did not eat any of the pork and told the waiter that I was unhappy with it. He apologized, but still charged me for the full amount of the plate, which was ~$ 15. I routinely order the carnitas at La Cocina Del Puerco which are both fresh and tasty — especially compared to what Ricardo’s serves. If you’re looking for better Mexican food, I recommend La Cocina over Ricardo’s. It’s less expensive and the meat is a lot fresher than what I was served. The two positives about Ricardo’s is that the staff here are friendly and the handmade tortillas are really, really good. Parking is also plentiful considering it’s located in Factoria Mall.
