If I could give this zero stars I would. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my life, and I’m not exaggerating. We hired this company in August to move our 2 bedroom apartment into our new home. Long story short, they completely broke my 60″ flat screen TV(and ever so kindly offered me $.60/pound which came out to a $ 30 credit towards my bill), broke a mirror(gave me a $ 40 credit), scratched my other 50″ flat screen TV(no credit), and completely shredded our new BBQ cover(no credit). How generous, a $ 70 credit off of my $ 550 moving bill. We have been trying ever since August(it is now November) to file a dispute with the company over the damaged goods but they took weeks and weeks to answer our call and return it then took a few weeks to mail us the dispute form(for some reason they couldn’t email it, odd) and then they gave us the wrong return address so the dispute form was since returned back to me. We’ve had an absolute HORRIBLE experience to say the least. Still in the process of trying to file our dispute, trying to figure out how to take this issue to the next step…
