They did an amazing job. Since the beginning. Very professional and gentle. With amazing delicious ice cream. We had an outdoor wedding reception and it rained all the time. They served people under a tent, with very limited light and had perfect attitude. I would recommend and hire them anytime.

I hired Seattle Ice Cream Catering for a company event last week (about 75 people), and they were awesome! We had them come in with the shave ice and everything was delicious. Great service and amazing shave ice– will definitely use them again!

He even had lactose free ice cream for my lactose intolerant guests. not only was Carl prompt with arriving and setting up but he was easy to talk and very professional. We hired Carl to provide a waffle cone sundae bar for my son’s surprise 16^th birthday party. I enjoyed working with Carl and the whole process went very smoothly. Carl arrived early and set up for the event right on time. The gang of 16 year old kids loved having so many choices of ice cream flavors and toppings and Carl made fresh waffle cones! The smell of fresh waffle cones is the best! Thanks Carl for adding so much fun and good treats to our party!

I had inquired with Carl about ice cream catering for an afternoon work celebration, but due to space availability and time conflicts, had to change to a breakfast. Carl mentioned he’d done a yogurt bar with fresh waffle cone bowls, so just a couple days before the event, I decided to book that.
Carl was absolutely a pleasure to work with and very professional. He and his counterpart showed up on time and set up a great spread. The smell of fresh waffle cone bowls was SO delicious and a great ‘introduction’ to the celebration, as people could smell it just walking up to the location.
It was really fun to have something so different for breakfast, and there were a lot of fun topping choices. (I especially loved the toasted coconut and the flax meal with dried blueberries. oh and the dried cherries — these were not the super chewy sugar-​y kind you usually see!).
The set up was really nice and Carl and his helper were really friendly. I appreciated (as I was really busy, I would normally do this!) that they made sure the barista I had for the event got a chance to have a yogurt cup as well.
Great food, fun presentation, super professional and courteous. I look forward to trying some of the other options in the future!
