Silhouette is a new, clean and cute salon. The employees are really nice. I went for the first time to get a full set of classic eyelash extensions. They have online booking, which is very convenient and easy to use! I never call to make appointments nowadays. Connie was great! She was meticulous and took her time to add enough lashes. No pain and I had a great nap. :)
They don’t advertise mink on their site but was happy to find out that they offer it. I paid $ 120 for a classic set and will be back for a fill. I’m also going to try their hair services! The salon was empty when I was there and hope they get more business!

Miscommunication on scheduling, I had to come back the next day. BUT it was all worth it! I feel like a new woman with my new haircut and I gained alot of useful informations on hair/​hair products. Thank you Jen! I will definitely come back!

I purchased a groupon and was absolutely pleased with my experience here. Jennifer was amazing!!! I came in with an idea for a haircut, and she loved it. She showed me pictures of a similar haircut that she had done in the past and I was sold on it. I was so impressed with her work that I scheduled a color appointment for the next day. (I didn’t have time to get it all done on the same day.) Jennifer did such an incredible job of giving me a new fresh look. She was very knowledgeable on the products she was using as well as my hair type and how the cut was going to look. I highly recommend this salon and Jennifer too!

I got introduced to this salon when I was visiting my sister in Seattle. I got a hair cut done by Jennifer and she was absolutely great about it. She is very knowledgeable about hair texture and hair growth and gave me some awesome advice. I loved my hair cut and it added the volume and shape I was looking for. Do try this salon. Felt pampered from the get go.

Jennifer has done my hair here twice now and I’m so excited to have found my new stylist. All the people here are super nice and the salon is clean with plenty of parking.

I want to commend Jennifer for how much she’s helped me with my thinning hair. Since I first came to her last summer, Jennifer has shaped my hair so that all bare spots are covered, the shape is clean and professional and the curls fall into place naturally. The color looks completely natural and compliments my look. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about different options to resolve thinning hair and she even does research to find the best options for me. She is caring as well as professional and goes out of her way to make me feel special and lovely when I’m sitting in her chair. I always look forward to my next service with Jennifer.
And now let me sing the praises of Kayla, who just did my eyelashes. This is a new service for me. It was quick and painless and there was no redness or discomfort at all. Kayla explained everything she would be doing before-​hand and also as she was working. The whole process took a lot less than the two hours we had budgeted for the work. I think she was done in less than 90 minutes. She is knowledgeable and professional and her work is beautiful.
I really like going to this salon. Everyone makes me feel special and appreciated. They are friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well appointed. And best of all, it’s close to home and the prices are very fair.

Absolutely one of the cleanest salons I’ve been too. I have seen Alex twice now while at this location and have had excellent service and GREAT hair afterwards. Absolutely impressed by the work done by Alex. I came in for a haircut and was astonished by the amount of effort she put in. She was very nice and always held a fun conversation. Definitely would recommend anyone for her services.

Bought an Amazon Voucher and made an appointment for 10am. Drove for almost 1hour to get there only to find out that the gal that was supposed to do my facial was not there and probably forgot she had an appointment that morning. So I just wasted 2 hours of my day driving back and forth. Called Amazon and got my money back. Will find a better, more professional place.
So 1* for my experience that day.
Update: I however got a phone call from the owner and they apologized and offered a complimentary facial. I will give them a 4* for customer service.

The salon is clean and the employees are welcoming. I was attracted to the salon as it advertises as an organic salon. My haircut went well and I was excited to see so many local and organic products. I was disappointed to find that they carried and used the Moroccan Oil brand as it is full of toxic chemicals. It rates on many apps as the highest in toxicity. It wasn’t until after I got in the car that I realized the shampoo and conditioner used on me was the Moroccan Oil brand. My two small kids began to sneeze and my husbands eyes watered and I can’t seem to wash out the strong scent from the conditioner. As a family who are very careful to avoid toxic products, this was disappointing seeing that seems to be what the salon focuses on. I would love to return if all products being used are truly clean products.

My sister and I came here on a groupon. $ 32 for a cut and deep conditioning not bad. When you first walk in you get a sense of what this salon is all about; organic, professional, friendly, knowledgable people who love what they do. There are about 3 stations for hair cuts and 2 for washes I didn’t really get to see the rest of the salon. We came in with an idea of what we wanted which were long angled bobs. That is what my sister ended up getting and it turned out fabulous (done by Alex). She and I both have thick hair so it’s no easy task to give us a short cut. I was feeling adventurous so I asked my very experienced stylist Jennifer what she suggested and so she gave my hair a little more movement and made it shorter than what I’m used to which I ended up loving! Throughout the process she was so friendly and gave me excellent tips for my hair care. I ended up buying their Loma shampoo conditioner (they had a special $ 28 for both!) that smells devine and leaves your hair so light and not weighed down by drugstore products and they’re a local company so I couldn’t pass that up. My sister bought the hair styling cream for $ 18. All in all we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back.

I have finally found my go to stylist!
I had an amazing haircut correction done today by Alex. When other stylist told me that a good deal of length would need to be taken off in order to fix a Supercuts disaster, she was was able to keep my length and give me EXACTLY what I asked for. I would recommend her to anyone!

Got an awesome color correction today from an awesome stylist here who fixed my hair from a previous salons mistake. Went with an ombré that looks amazing!!! Thank you!

I just got my old lashes taken off and a full set put on by Kayla. Allow me to sing her praises.
I’ve been looking for a new lash person since I moved almost eight months ago. I’ve tried three different places and have pretty much given up by the time I got to the Bellevue Silhouette. I walked in looking like a hobo and walked out with a GREAT full set! Kayla took off my old lashes and put on a full set in just over one hour. Yes, you read that correctly, ONE HOUR. My least favorite part about getting lashes done is laying there for two hours while someone pokes at your eyeballs. Kayla made the entire process so easy and fast I couldn’t believe it! Also, this was only the second time in the two years I’ve had lashes where the tape/​eye pads did not poke me and leave one of my eyes really red. Kayla is fast, efficient, and a fun person to chat with while she makes you look awesome.
Kayla is definitely my new go-​to person for lashes. I’m so, so happy I found her. Thank you Kayla, see you soon!

I can’t ask for a better hair stylist than Jennifer. She is so sweet, caring and funny throughout my entire hair appointment. I usually hate sitting in a Salon for hours but Jennifer did a good job entertaining me the entire visit. I will definitely go back to this place again.

I’m pretty excited about this salon… not only is it centrally located for me, but the ladies were so helpful in scheduling a somewhat last-​minute appointment for me.
I had my eyelash extension fill done here after having a disappointing experience at a different salon. (Sub-​par fill, little interest expressed in maintaining client base, etc).
Kay did a fantastic job on my lashes; she took her time, my lashes look and feel better — bonus that she was really fun to talk to through my fill. I’ve had both bad and good lash jobs in the past, I can tell that I will be happy getting my «me» time with Kay.
My impression is that all the ladies here are kind, professional and proactive in helping make their clients happy.
I’ll be booking my fills here from now on, as well as trying out their hair services.

I’ve been having my hair styled and colored by Brittney for many years, and I’m excited to follow her to Silhouettes and this beautiful location. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and makes sure your completely satisfied each and every time. She represents herself and her Salon with class and dignity. Im actually exited to hear that Brittney is part of this awesome team, I had a sneak peak of the lounge and I can tell you all that is the most clean, modern and beautiful facility I’ve seen in a while, I highly recommend this place to all the gentleman that want that exclusive and personalized service.
