The one star is merely rating the lipolaser treatment results and not customer service at this location. Lipolaser treatments are a waste of money. No visible or measurable results from 8 sessions. My treatments were twice a week and included the vibration machine and the wrap. I didn’t get any other treatment at this place but I know they offer facials and such. Staff is friendly so I suppose it is a good place for other skin related treatments.

At first i was a little worried because the place is small and employees wear comfortable sweats like clothing. I’ve got chemical peels before where the employees wore scrubs in a fancy building and they sucked. This place knows what they’re doing.

Had a chemical peel with Terisha. I really like the outcome! Noticing a huge difference in my complexion. I also really like the PCA products. A little goes a long way! Extremely happy with my results.

This is my very first time recieving any type of beauty treatments such as chemical peels, lipolaser, and vibration plate type therapies and I must say that Rachel Iverson has been amazing ! She is so friendly and knowledgable! Rachel has made my journey to continued fitness and beauty enjoyable and effortless ! Is had an amazing experience here! I came here for a spray tan while visiting my friend in the area! They squeezed me in last minute and were so helpful about giving me detailed information about what prep work I had to do and explained the whole process to me. When I arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming, the technician did a thorough job, and made sure I was completely dry afterwards then proceeded to tell me about the aftercare. She was very knowledgeable about the entire Norvell product line (brand used for sunless tanning) I decided to buy the after tan extender (used to keep skin moisturized but doesn’t contain any alcohol which can strip the tan) because I wanted my fabulous tan to last as long as possible! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone! Thank you Skin, Body, Soul for my amazing tan!

They recently remodeled and it looks incredible. I love love love this place. Travel for work and anytime I’m around a SBS I sneak in for an IR sauna treatment. The IR sauna and blankets they have are the best and incredible to relax while stressing with work. They also have free stuff out to eat now everyday including healthy food tips. It’s just a warm and inviting place overall. I thought my opinion over here would fade and I have tried other spas but these are so consistent. Bounce between Dallas and Seattle a lot for work and this is my definite go to for a quick tension release.

The staff was pleasant and friendly from the moment I made my appointment, to when I walked through the door, and most importantly through my whole visit! My chemical peel was great. My face feels so rejuvenated and healthy. I can’t wait to continue my visits and keep feeling/​seeing positive changes in my face!

They do monthly memberships for unlimited services which is such a novel idea and its a really fair price.
