Don’t go there, please. My husband had a heart angiogram at the hospital and change in meds. Without my knowledge or permission, Overlake Hospital discharged him to the Springs at Pacific Regent in Bellevue«for a few days of rehab». I am house bound and couldn’t get out to see him. Each time my husband & I talked via phone, he sounded worse. He BEGGED me to call 911 to get him out of that«torture chamber» and back to the hospital for medical care he was not getting at Pacific Regent. Finally I called the Pacific Regent Director, social worker, and a nurse, who told me never to call back, also the Regional Director in AZ. Each person said they’d call me back. They didn’t! But they did call 12÷16÷15 @ 11am to tell me to tell me my husband was«unresponsive» and they were sending him to the hospital. 11:45am Pacific Regent called to say my husband DIED and asked where to send the body!!! Too late I discovered that hospitals discharge patients too early to these«rehab» places where they are warehoused and receive minimal care of any kind. We have Medicare and tons of private medical insurance. My husband should have been home with in-home care. But he died alone with strangers at Pacific Regent in Bellevue, WA. Please don’t let this happen to you or your loved ones. We thought we were safe and covered for our medical needs. Read & heed.

Our family is impressed with the quality of the staff and the care. Compassionate and attentive. I whole-heartedly recommend The Springs at Pacific Regent.

The kind nurses and staff here welcomed my 87-year old ailing dad with open arms late one evening after he had a fall and when we could no longer care for him at home. We were so impressed with their understanding and compassion of his numerous medical needs. He only lived another two days, but our family feels he was in the best possible place he could have been. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Our family unable to reach nursing staff; call just goes to voice mail; you never get a call back so you have to live close by so you can drive to the facility!(Very hard when your loved one has dementia and they need additional help.) Nursing stations are very chaotic to say the least; charge-nurse needs to be enclosed by glass partitions so they can actually get some work done and it protects the privacy of residents. Some wonderful staff works here but nurses need to have more support; environment very challenging for them, I am sure.
