I won’t go there anymore! The worst service I’ve known. The environment is bad, and service staffs are rude and so impolite! One of our friend sit at the bar waiting for a room which should be ready in minutes but was told the seat is for bar customers, and there were no new customer coming into the bar. Very limited on English songs, the song selection was very weak. Everything is over priced, tell me why we got charged for gratuity when one of the mics didn’t work and we had to run to get the server to change the mic. The server knew but never came back to change it. Their sound system is terrible as well, you can hear vocals noise in the back ground and very little bass comes out from their speakers. They charged service fee, and you will get the worst service and attitude. Totally not worth it. Never coming back here again, there are other places that have a more reasonable price and good services in Bellevue.

It was a Wednesday night, me and friends went there for birthday party. Every thing was way too pricey. One of my friend throw up on the floor, I asked their sever for help. She gave us negative attitude and mean look when she saw the throw up. She said that if we don’t clean up the mess we have to pay $ 200 clean up fee. Wow! What a joke. She asked a security guy to watch us make sure we don’t walk away before we get everything clean up. It took us about 20 minutes for cleaning up. The server brought us the bill, it was $ 360 for about 10 drinks, karaōke fee and 25% gratitude added. She still gave us mean look, it seems like 25% gratitude wasn’t enough for her, so we tipped her addition $ 40. I would rather go to enkore instead of this fancy with mean server karaōke lounge. When you come here, make sure don’t throw up or make any other kind of mess here, they will make up an excuse to over charge you

First of all, their hourly karaōke is so pricey for the type of sound system they have. We had a hard time adjusting the volume so that it doesn’t make any weird noises from the background music. I love their list of songs, however, they don’t have the latest ones yet! The food is okay, I think it’s a bit overpriced however, I can’t complain about their drinks, they taste bomb. The place itself looks nice — perfect for gatherings and small parties. If you’re there to have some fun informal karaōke session with friends, I wouldn’t recommend Stone Lounge because it’s too expensive! I’d try other karaōke places, like Round 1 at Southcenter mall; their hourly price is about three times lesser than Stone Lounge.

Went in one afternoon to try the place out on the recommendation of a coworker. He said it was a cool place and fun. We had a great time, even if it was just me and my wife. The room was clean and private, the drinks delivered quickly and the wings and flatbread pizza tasty. We liked the music selection and she really liked that they had Chinese selections. We stayed the entire hour and will be going back. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out, too.

Amazing karaōke rooms & drinks. Great servers & hostesses. Will definitely come back with not only friends but for work events & just a good time out in Bellevue!

Nicest karaōke systems I’ve seen in the city and the drinks aren’t half-bad either. Kasey, the bartender, is the man and will hook you up with whatever kind of drink you could possibly want. Décor is nice, they have their own parking lot which not every place in the city does down here– honestly, no complaints on my end.

It’s a nice KTV/bar venu. This place is still relatively new and they are trying different events promotions all the time. Booked it for a weekday after-work event. Not crowded very laid back, different than the clubbing hours. Staff was courteous and helpful. Nobody got drunk and everyone had a good time. BTW the Seahawks love to party here.

I have been here twice and will keep coming back! The first time I had sushi and some drinks my favorite being the pear sour, amazingly perfect. The second time I came I had a burger but forgot to ask for no bacon and the bartender and the server Tianna offered to remake it right away, that is great service. I said no and ate it any way because it looked so good hahaha again had a pear sour, on point. I will be returning very soon!

Visiting from out of town and I love karaōke rooms. Decided to come here with the wife after dinner and didn’t expect this. This place could have the worst service in the country along with being overpriced. Please don’t give any business here. Search for others in the area.

Zero star!!! I love going to a karaōke. I was so excited to go there because it looks fancy. However, their service was horrible. I do not really appreciate how they ruined my weekend night. I do not even want to waste my time writing this but this kind of store shouldn’t be in the service sector. Too bad, I really wished to like here.

The good: drinks, cleanliness, server. The bad: management, karaōke system was hit or miss with microphones not working and no lyrics to many of the songs. What… Really overpriced, awful food, happy hour(empty room with no music and bad food… Go a couple blocks down the street and enjoy other happy hours instead!) If you want to enjoy karaōke, go to Rock Box in Seattle instead.

I almost never leave reviews but this one really blew my mind off. Rooms were well decorated but it was small so we moved around the tables to make a bit of room, but boy was the owner mad about moving the tables. The owner ended up calling the police to get us busted for DUI as we walked out. Two of my friends got caught, but we weren’t drunk and no one got busted. There is no way to get drunk if the drinks are this pricey. I have been to many Karaokes around the Seattle & Bellevue area this is by far the worst in price, song selection, and service. Summary: 1. Owner tries to get you busted for DUI 2. Horrible service(no last calls, just comes in and turns off the machine and tells their customers to get out when times up, treating their customers like kids) 3. Overpriced, drinks are expensive, karaōke is expensive and they automatically charge 25% gratuity without asking. 4. Poor selection of song and bad interface unless you are Chinese. I really wish I can give a negative star for this place.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Horrible service. The server was rude and inconsiderate. Drinks and food was overpriced. Really limited selection of songs and the interface used was very difficult to navigate.

What dump! The server will stop your song in the middle of it and tell lies. The sound system was terrible and the song selection was only for Chinese. You cannot search for the song and the server told us that we have to scroll the list to select one. Fancy façade, but really dump in heart! If you like being insulted and mistreated this is a perfect place, but if you want to enjoy and have good time, you have to avoid this place at all cost. The owner was also arrogant s.o.b. Little short midget who thinks he is above all his customers. I will not want to make him rich. Note to self… Never return and tell everyone.

Could not have had a worse experience here last night. If you don’t want to read my full review, just know we were lied to and mistreated by the very sleazy staff. Upon entering we asked how much a room for 15 people for an hour would be and they said $ 80. We told the brunette waitress(if you look at the pictures on their Unilocal page called«staff» it’s the girl blowing a kiss) we just wanted to pay $ 80 and stay 1 hour, and she said that would be fine. Later on in the night I wondered how long it had been(none of us had looked at the time when we started), so my friend went into the bar, and asked the bartender how we were supposed to know when our hour was up. He said not to worry, that our waitress would let us know. My friend said are you sure? I’m only paying for one hour, I definitely will not be paying for a second hour so I want to make sure she lets us know. He said yes, she would let us know. A bit later, our waitress came in our karaōke room(by the way, they told us the capacity was 15, but it felt very squished) and said«they told me to come tell you guys you’ve been in here for two hours, so you owe me $ 200.» We told her what the bartender had told us and that we didn’t want to pay for 2 hours, and she insisted we were lying. We said let’s go talk to the bartender and straighten this out(he had shaved hair on the sides and a bun on his head, I sadly didn’t catch his name). She continued to tell us we were lying and that the bartender would never say something like that, and we continued refusing to pay for not only more time then we had specified we wanted to stay, but for more then 2 times the hour rate(even if we were willing to pay for 2 hours, it should have been $ 160, NOT $ 200). Then she threatened to call the police and brought the security guard over, and we said please do call the police. We didn’t sign any sort of waiver or agreement and you are trying to rip us off. Trying to get the bartender to tell her what he told us, I then had a very bizarre conversation with him. I told him what he had told my friend, and that we needed him to let our waitress know about the understanding. He first said«I didn’t hear what your friend asked me, so I just told her „yes“» He then changed his story to «I thought your friend was asking me where your waitress was, not anything about the karaōke room» he then changed his story again to «This was all a misunderstanding, it’s not my job to tell you when your times up, I didn’t tell her I would do that» he then changed his story a final time and said«I never talked to your friend or told her anything» After lying to my face repeatedly, I knew he would be no help. I wish the police had come, but one of my friends gave in and decided to pay the $ 200. She grabbed her credit card out of her wallet, started to hand it to the waitress, and the security guard grabbed my friend’s arm telling her that she was committing assault. Long story short, we were severely mistreated by the sleazy staff(mostly referring to the lying bartender). I urge you NOT to give your business to this place. It’s one thing to have a miscommunication about pay rates, etc, but to be treated like liars and disrespected was absolutely shocking. This waitress could have apologized for the miscommunication and reduced our late(at the very least to the quoted price of $ 160, not $ 200) but instead she chose to treat us like criminals. Absolutely disgusting.

I went with a few of my co workers last week on a Monday(all girls) and it was kind of a horrible experience and I left feeling ripped off and decided I would never be back. We went around happy hour and had a flier to get a free karaōke room for 3 hours if we spent $ 29 total. That seemed like a great deal so I booked it… boy was I wrong! 1. Karaōke songs are hit or miss, some have real music videos, the others aren’t even sung by the real singer. 2. Place was empty. The karaōke room décor was nice and classy. 3. We didn’t get happy hour prices on food and drinks because we had the«deal» on the flier. 4. Drinks were overpriced but tasted good. Food was lackluster and expensive. 5. Waiter tried to charge us a «manual 25% gratuity» that no one had mentioned at the time of booking or when we sat down. We were only a party of 3. 6. Had to go grab the waiter a few times from the bar to place orders and get our check even though we were the only ones in the venue. Conclusion: Lame and overpriced(with hidden fees and exclusions). Don’t bother. This place will shut down soon at this rate.

Been there a few times for various events. You can tell the owner spent quite a bit trying to make the place really nice. Nice leather sofas. It’s got a nice parking lot. Karaōke rooms are usually in use. Large tv’s for sports games. Place has a bit of a branding or marketing crisis… Who are your customers? What are you? Sports bar? Neighborhood bar? Lounge? Karaōke? Bar? I don’t know. Food is ok. Haven’t tried any of their drinks. Sound system is ok.

This review is solely based on my last experience with this venue. I understand that people book tables. But, when your already small venue is PACKED, and ALL of your tables are booked out, and EMPTY, you should allow PAYING customers to sit at the reserved tables until they are needed for a party(especially when the party never shows up, like they did in our case). We were ‘allowed’ to sit there(and mind you, there was NO reserved sign on the table), but were very rudely spoken to by some manager who had a harsh tone. If I am in your establishment as a paying customer and you are ‘waiting’ for others to arrive who haven’t paid, why would you shun away a customer who wants to be there with cash in hand? And secondly, why would you book out ALL of your tables? In an already small venue, you need seating for your guests. You would probably have a better rating if that were the case.

You know I be jumping all over when I hear a new karaōke place opens up! First off, the interior of this place looks AMAZING! The rooms look even more impressive with all the fancy lighting, special effects, and touch screens. Reminds me of my days living in Japan. For a karaōke lounge/bar in hoity toity Bellevue, Stone Karaōke does not disappoint! Second, EXTENSIVESONGLIST, and those three words are in caps because I was screaming them as I wrote this review. I would say this place leans more towards Chinese, but there were a good selection of Korean and Japanese songs. Third, the fact that I’m dating myself and admitting that my friends and I sang a bunch of 90s songs(the time period that I grew up in) AND they had the music videos for them is pretty damn impressive! Backstreet Boys, TuPac, Christina Aguilera, you name it. Fourth, this place is ACROSSTHESTREETFROMFACINGEAST! When I found out about this fact, I got so excited I think I almost came. #maybeTMI All in all, this place is situated nicely, albeit I’d rather it be on the west side. The bar area is where I would hang out next the next time I go there. They got sushi there as well as hoity toity cocktails and such. My friends and I came here with a GroupOn that gave us a good discount for an hour of karaōke, so my experience is different than those who bitched about the price factor of Stone. Don’t worry, I’ll probably be one of those people next time(haha), which is why I’m reserving one star until I have another encounter with Stone. That and our server was a little bit on the bitchier side. Surprising considering that this place is in hoity toity Bellevue? Nope.
