Ryanne is the best! Love her! She does such a great job (cut, color, highlights, balayage) and is so much fun to talk to. I used to dread going to the salon to talk about nothing, but Ryanne is so lovely to chat with. And super reasonable prices.
I’ve been seeing her now for…3 years? I think? Anyway, she rocks.
The only struggle now is to get an appointment because there are too many good reviews! Darn it! :D

I found Salon 2 here on Unilocal and I would highly recommend Salon 2.
Ryanne is a very talented colourist. I came to Ryanne after I had a bad hair colour experience elsewhere (I gave the old salon three chances to correct, which they didn’t) and as soon as she saw my hair she explained what had gone wrong and corrected it immediately. In all the years I have had my hair colored, I have never had such a natural looking style. Ryanne is friendly, has a good sense of humor and her salon is chic.

Ryanne is AWESOME! I have been coming here for some time now & I look forward to seeing her EVERY month! She does a FANTASTIC job keeping me GOLDEN BLONDE! I am always excited to have her work her magic! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ryanne is so fun and spunky — I had a blast chatting while getting my hair done! She did a FANTASTIC job on the coloring and cut and was totally affordable considering everything in Bellevue is incredibly over-​priced. I brought in a picture with me and without hesitation she was able to re-​create my celeb-​style ‘do, blending the colors perfectly and without leaving my hair feeling stripped or damaged. Plus scheduling was super convenient because it was all online. I could choose a time based on availability for the desired services which totally took all the back-​and-​forth out and was really easy. I’LL DEFINITELY be using her again!

Ryanne is awesome. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and she was honest with me about the style and color I wanted. After going home and playing around with my hair I decided that I hadn’t really communicated what I really wanted, so I called, left a message and she got back to me within a half hour to come in and fix it. She’s incredibly accommodating and knows what she’s doing. Definitely going back!

Ryanne is amazing and she knows it! Great colorist, stylist, conversationalist and comedian– every visit is wonderful.
Pros: easy parking in garage, book online, wonderful cut/​color, fun and positive atmosphere.
Cons: none really– she may be booked out a bit because she is good so reserve ahead.

I have dark auburn hair for fall and it’s the result of mane magic by Ryanne (Rye-​Ann).
This girl knows her hairdo’s from her hairdon’ts! Whether you’re channeling a chia pet, hay stack or a brillo pad, Ryanne will give you an honest assessment of your «situation» and lead you into hair beautification.
I was so nervous about my first appointment with Ryanne, because I was solely going by Unilocal reviews. I hadn’t seen anybody in the Seattle area with cute enough hair for me to walk up and ask them for a referral to their stylist, so I relied on reviews and mentally prepared myself for hair doom.
I had nothing to worry about. Ryanne put my mind and hair at ease during the first appointment and every appointment since:
— She knows curly hair!
— She knows color!
— She’s meticulous in her cuts and styling!
— She uses L’Oreal Professional hair products that leave your hair feeling and smelling amazing!
— She has high-​end products and tools for sale right inside the salon, but lets them sell themselves (no pressure).
On top of all that, she is extremely professional, very well-​organized, always early for every appointment, sends reminders as a courtesy, and is extremely accommodating to people with busy schedules.
Word is out about her deft scissor and color skills, though, so you may need to book appointments a month or so in advance to get a good time slot.
As if that isn’t enough reason to see Ryanne, she’s also friendly, patient, confident, very professional, and keeps her salon and tools extremely clean. Those things earn her major bonus points from this chatter-​box germaphobe.
Go see Ryanne. Your hair needs her, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading salon reviews! Just go. Now.

I have been to see Ryanne a few times now and she is a superstar! I showed her pictures of what kind of cut I was looking for and she did an amazing job with my layers. Most recently she styled my hair for my wedding and it just looked amazing!!! Again, I showed her pictures of the kind of messy low bun I was hoping for and she went above and beyond to make my hair look spectacular! My hair was bobby-​pinned and sprayed into place (but without looking like it was) and stayed in place the entire day– which included jousting on a bouncy house! I had so many compliments on the day and was sad to have to take it out!

August 5, 2014 was my first appt. with Ryanne I left with the best haircut I have had in several years it is perfect for my life style and so easy to care for. Ryanne ask’s all the right question making sure of what you expect. She even gives you hints and idea’s on how to style and care for your new cut. I left my cut all up to her wanting only a easy to care for haircut perfect for a woman on the run constantly. Thank you Ryanne, I love my haircut and would highly recommend you to anyone wanting a GOOD stylist.

Ryanne has been cutting and coloring my hair for several years, and she does an amazing job. I get compliments after every appointment with her! Even when I am due for a cut, people are still asking me if I just got my hair done. Many of my friends go to Ryanne, all with very different hair and styles, and we all walk out of her salon with fabulous hair.
Ryanne’s attention to detail is amazing; her coloring skills are awesome (I am very picky!); she uses and recommends the best products for your hair type. She has helped me maintain stylish cuts and coloring from long to short, blonde to brunette, straight to curly– and she always provides friendly customer service in a comfortable and chic salon. I recommend Ryanne at Studio 2 to anyone that asks me who does my hair. And I get a lot of Thank You’s for the recommendations because she is so great!

I broke up with my longtime stylist in Seattle this summer, and went to Gene Juarez in Bellevue for a few months (see my earlier review). And while I loved my stylist there, I didn’t like the salon. I went to Coupe Rokei for one cut and color, but didn’t hit it off with the stylist. So, on the basis of Unilocal reviews, I tried Ryanne. And I’m so glad I did. I was worried about having «Bellevue» hair, so I brought her a bunch of pictures of haircuts past, and styles I liked. We pored over them and discussed possibilities, and she was frank about what would work for my hair texture. I love my color and my cut — I let her chop off three inches — and today, she came in early to give me a styling lesson. She’s personable, intelligent and very talented. Also, I love that she’s a one-​woman show. Very happy to have found her!

I went and saw Ryanne yesterday and was so happy with my hair! I had a christmas party to go to afterward and she styled it and it looked great. I will definitely will continue going to her.

I’ve been seeing Ryanne now for over a year, and I LOVE her. I’ve never once walked out unhappy with my cut or color, she always knows exactly what to do, even if I dont! She did ombré on my hair last summer and I loved it, I had so many compliments. I like to change my hair color a few times a year and she is always up to the challenge and loves trying new things on me.

After seeing great reviews on Unilocal about Joanie I scheduled an appointment with her online and I’m really glad I did! This was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten in my life. She really takes the time and effort to make sure the cut looks perfect and I appreciate that she recommended I keep some length in my hair even though I walked in hoping to cut it shorter. She even taught me the best way to curl my hair with a curling iron and gave me tips on how I should style it.
I also really like the location of this salon. It can be a little confusing trying to find it at first but there is ample parking in the Elements building and I like that the atmosphere is very modern and quiet.
Since this place is only a couple blocks away from my work, I will definitely be coming back for my next cut and might even come back to get my hair colored soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Joanie! She is amazing! I got a haircut & highlights & I am sooo happy I made the decision to try Studio 2. I have always went to Gene Juarez but the last few times I went, the results had been really really bad. So after reading some reviews I decided to try Studio 2 & I’m so glad I did.
I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted but I knew I wanted the highlights to look natural. Although the color was not what I had in mind, the result turned out WAY better than what I imagined. It looks very natural & sun kissed & I’m just so thankful to Joanie for such an amazing look. She also gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had! If you are thinking of trying Studio 2 stop hesitating NOW & call Joanie!

I am crazy about hair, literally. If you don’t believe me — check out some of my other reviews about hair salons… I really do have realistic expectations about a how a relationship with your hairdresser should be, I just haven’t managed to find someone who was up to it…

I visited Ryanne with a Groupon and haven’t looked back… I have only had color done, but I love, love, L-​O-​V-​E it every single time! Seriously. She’s so good, she should wear a cape — like wonderwoman.
I have a date next month, and then 8 – 12 weeks after that and 8 – 12 weeks after that. You get it.

I’ve always gone to Gene Juarez to get my hair did, but I’m never very happy when I walk out from there after my appointments (and neither is my wallet). I heard great things about Studio 2 from a friend so I decided to give it a shot, and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment you walk into Studio 2, stylists Ryanne and Joanie make you feel so welcome. Ryanne was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job with my thick and hard to manage hair. I got highlights and a cut, and the service was very very impressive. I must’ve been there for about an hour, but it felt like I was only there for 10 minutes because they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Definitely the best hair experience, and very reasonable pricing too! I won’t be going back to Gene Juarez any time soon!

I got an amazing coupon off of Living Social that I couldn’t pass up. The Unilocal reviews were A++ so I knew I had to check it out. I got a full foil and hair cut with Ryanne, and it couldn’t have gone better. She was extremely friendly and helpful with my indecisiveness onto what to do with my hair.
I would absolutely recommend it and I will for sure be going back :)
