Subway

This has to be the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The lady that works weekday evenings is awful to have make your sandwich. She starts closing 4 – 5 hours before actually close time. She puts half the toppings in the cooler and then says they’re out of whatever she’s already put away. She throws your sandwich together with no care or regard to how it may taste. At first I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Sadly this has happened 3 times in a row. I will now be driving the extra distance to go to a different location from now on.

It felt stressful watching the guy making our food look so stressed out.

This is the only Subway i’ll ever go to! The employees recognize me and are very polite and the food is made in a timely manor. This is one of the «smallest» subways ive been into but this is more like a «to go» store rather than a sit down and eat joint. There are only 2 benches and a bunch of smaller tables. But its not a fun place to just sit down and relax.
I’ve heard and experienced what it taste like to eat bad food from subway but at this place, they always care about your health and the food has never made me sick. It always taste fresh, even at 9pm. I’ve been to the other Bellevue locations where their food wasn’t handled properly and i could taste cleaning solution in my sandwich because the person didn’t switch out their gloves! Yeah… i’ll be reviewing that place shortly. So when i say the food here is tasty, i mean i’m not throwing up or tasting something weird.
I like how late this store is open because i get off of work late and im always hungry. Most of the time the store is empty or has 1 – 2 people in it. There is a rush at lunch time and when Sammamish High is open for the school year, so expect to see alot of teenagers in this store. The location is next to Walmart so there will be moments when crowds roll in. The problem when it gets full is that the line can expand outside of the store itself because of how small it truly is. I’ve seen people walk up to the door and then turn around because of this. It’s not that they can’t make the food fast enough, its just that too many people are all ordering at once.
The prices have been going up however and adding certain toppings are getting ridiculous. So i end up buying my own avocados to spread onto my sandwich and other ingredients. But its not just the ingredients, its also the classic sandwiches too. I use to pay 5.50 and now im paying 7.50 for my sandwich. Because of this, i don’t eat here that often like i use to.
Because the food taste great and the employees follow the health guidelines, i’ve been happy ordering food here and taking it home. Prices can be high and the store is small but the food is why i choose to stop by this subway.

I like subway and everything but the Heroin addict there was just not ok. do not come here.

Crappy customer service. Not even busy yet we had to clean table before sitting down. Lazy employee/​owner? Dirty unkept environment Won’t be coming back

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Went there in the evening with the hubby and 2 yr old after working out and there was no one in line ahead of us and no one came in after either. The lady making the sandwiches was very rude and kept trying to rush us (it was an hour before closing). Every time we asked for an extra veggie, she’d quickly dump it on and try to get me to be done.
I later asked if I could buy just the bread for the 2 yr old and was told no. All other subway’s I’ve been too have never said no. It’s not like I asked for it for free — I wa willing to Pay. She just rudely said no and put it back in the bread case and sighed bc she had just taken it out and now she had to put back.
NEVER going there again. We will be going to the one on Eastgate and 148^th. They are friendly and don’t rush you.

its a regular subway although I’m bummed that they don’t take subway points.

Recently this Subway has picked up the pace, and improved their customer service. The sandwich is great, and by completing a survey (WWW​.TELL​SUB​WAY​.COM) I get 1 free cookie :) woohoo! I’ll be back again.

Good sandwiches, good price. They do skimp out in the veggies tho… They all do though.

After saying «never again» we recently tried this Subway one more time since it’s the closest one to our house.
We went in at 1 pm on a Saturday… a lunch rush time, right? Well, they had ONE guy working. The line was almost to the door. And we stood in line for about three minutes, watched him make some sandwiches, and then saw him handle money with the same plastic gloves. As he headed back to make the next sandwiches without changing those danged gloves, we bailed. Why BOTHER with the gloves? Are they to keep his hands clean???
We drove to the Loehmann’s Plaza Subway location in Factoria where there were three workers and proper sanitation methods in place. MUCH better.
