If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dining experience and not just because of bad service but two stupid girls got into a fight in the restroom and brought it out in front of my kids. We were right next to where they came out and one lady kept saying oh she made my kid cry. Yeah right ghetto as hell don’t ever go there if you want to keep you’re kids safe and away from ignorant people who perpetuate the cycle of violence within their own culture and wonder why things don’t change! Stupid women and a disgrace for mothers! The restaurant didn’t even call the police or try to stop it customers had to help he other girl!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the dirtiest looking restaurant I’v been to in quite some time. I’m honestly surprised it has managed to pass inspections. I had read some of the reviews and it aways looked busy so I looked past the appearance and told myself. Maybe a huge crowd just left and they hadn’t had time to clean up. No, that was not the case. As we sat there I noticed people were just not cleaning up after anyone or picking up anything on the floors. The food… I have NO idea how anyone would give this a good review. Food wasn’t that hot. Foods that were supposed to be crisp were not. Things like sesame chicken were pieces of chicken in a gummy globby sauce. I tried several things and nothing was even close to «good». We hadn’t got our bill yet and were still chatting about why it looks busy and had decent reviews and decided it must just be super cheap. That was not the case either. You could not pay me to revisit this place.

They have great food and the workers great you and do the best to maintain your table clean. If you don’t want to be in line waiting and see it over crowded then come in during the week for lunch or dinner.

The food was great for its price. I had an incident with the waitress. When we asked for the check, she made it a point to say the bill doesn’t include tip. Which was obvious to me. When she brought the check over, she pointed where to tip her at on the receipt and hover over me while I signed for the bill. I felt it was completely rude of her stressing over tip but didn’t refill my drinks once.

This place has the potential to be a 5 stars. They definitely need more personnel to be able to take care of everyone and keep the place up since the floors are noticeably dirty and the restrooms the mother of all messes. The only thing this place is lacking is the extra working hands to be able to get to everything on time, because the food for once in many years is hot and excellent for a buffet. Last night’s dinner: 1 senior, 2 adults, 1 child. $ 52

When I enter this buffet place. The counter was swamped by people. I waited 10 min and the ask the counter lady. She was kinda rude. Food was ok o was not expecting a wow but not bad for the price they charge. One thing I didn’t like is that I have to ask for refill I go to other buffet places and never had that problem. If it’s not the country lady misbehaving and the sofa refill this place will get 5 stars from me

I come here often when I’m in the mood for seafood. Their prices are decent for an all you can eat Buffett. I mainly eat the fried shrimp and crab legs.

The rudest customer service. They ask all the kids their age then ask what year they are born. I would rather pay top dollar than have to deal with being practically deposed even before I sit down to have a meal. I’m all about saving money but seriously. Its $ 12 a person. You are better off going to Zen’s buffet or Hokkaido. In my honest opinion. If rude & arrogant is what you like then have at it.

We just left here and there are both positive and negative things to say. first off, servers were not very friendly but that was not a big deal because we were there for the food, I can handle attitude issues. You get seated and they get your drink orders and then you help yourself to whatever you want. When we picked up a plate from the table my hand felt something mushy, it was from the bottom of the plate I had picked up and the plate beneath that was dirty as well. I thought maybe I was in the dirty dishes side so I put it down and went to another section, those plates were or appeared cleaner so I went ahead. The dish I picked up originally was in the clean dish section so I am guessing they weren’t washed properly. There are salads but the selection isn’t so great. There is also fruits and seafood you can select from on the salad side, soups are nearby too but I didnt get any. From the main dish areas they have lots of seafood items, a lot of fried items too, pizza, chow mein, orange chicken, broccoli beef, peppered steak and tons of shrimp prepared different ways. There is pizza too, my girls said it was okay. The food looked appetizing but it wasn’t as delicious as I thought it would be, I ate what I could because I was invited here but this restaurant is not on my list of places to go. It was way too crowded, food was bland and tables weren’t as clean as they should be. The server never came to refill our drinks or checked in on us either. The only thing I can say was actually good was the sushi rolls and cakes. Lastly, we never got our check after requesting it, we waited 15 minutes after flagging someone down and finally gave up and went up front to pay. For 4 people with one fountain drink each it was 67 dollars, not worth it. I feel guilty letting my friend pay that much. I can’t say food was really bad but not good either.

Come here for cheap, below average Chinese food. When I walked in, I got the feeling that I would be food poisoned bc the food did NOT look fresh… I made an extra effort NOT to eat any of the raw foods, only bc my stomach is pretty sensitive. I mean, it is relatively cheap(~14 $ weekend price), and you come here expecting average food. There are cheaper alternatives in the area, however. I basically got multiple servings of the wonton soup. Though the broth was pretty salty, the wontons themselves tasted pretty good. They also had porridge and other hot foods. The broccoli/beef and fruit were mediocre, but at least I didn’t get sick afterward. Some dishes tasted like they had been sitting out for at least a couple days. Also, the service is pretty bad — no refills on water, rude staff. This is definitely a «help yourself» kind of buffet. They also give you a bill before you finish eating, as if they are egging you to finish eating quickly.

Worst experience ever!!! So my family and i decided to go here for Christmas day to have dinner with the family since everything was close. Since we walked into the door the host in the front desk was so rude. She look very mad not happy with her job at all. We told her we had a party of 13 and she told us we could all sit together that it was fine. So we get to the table start putting tables together and we get yelled at by the waitress saying all kinds of things in Chinese and let me tell u we couldn’t understand him but with his face expressions did not look happy. After we settled down to eat the waitress took half an hour to bring us drinks. He was really rude and kept giving us attitude. The only nice guy in this whole place was the guy that was picking up the dirty plates. Some mexican nice guy. and these Chinese people kept screaming at because he wouldn’t get to the tables fast enough but it was him by him self so you can imagine after when we decided to leave we went to pay and the receptionist in the fron thru our receipt at us. I was like wow what a great way to treat people. Save your money and time. There’s way better places to eat with better service these people are a joke i will never come back to this place ever again.

Not sure why people are unhappy with this place, but I think this is one of the most eat able Chinese buffet at affordable price but still offers tons of dishes variety. They have new and nice interior décor, attentive employees, and the food variety and quality is consistent. I’ve been coming here since it was empty and now it’s always packed especially weekends and holidays. I never got any bad experience with them like others bad reviews said so I only speak for myself. I recommend this place. Give it a try guys! Ps: the fifth star is for the chocolate fountain and hibachi grill. :D

I don’t understand the negative reviews. You’re paying quite a low price considering what you get. This is not fine dining, folks, it’s a Chinese buffet. You can’t compare it to the service at Mastro’s. For the weekend price of $ 13.69, I just ate all the snow crab my heart desired. The snow crab at Albertson’s is $ 11.99/lb. I probably ate two pounds here, plus a whole bunch of other buffet items. I was a little sad that the snow crab was overcooked. You can tell when trying to crack it — it was rubbery. Although it took a little more work to get the meat out, I still got it done. The meat was tender, sweet, and juicy. I don’t like to dip it in butter, but that’s just my preference. I want to taste the succulent crab meat. The oysters were surprisingly fresh. They were sweet and delicious. At other places you might pay $ 3 per oyster. With the amount of crab and oysters alone, I ate well over $ 13.69. The other items worth mentioning were the walnut shrimp and the Mongolian BBQ station. The chef was all business, but he flavored the noodles superbly. My only complaint is that he cooked the steak well done. It didn’t seem like the type of place I could request medium rare. Once again, Mastro’s it is not. A decent price for what you get — it is. The buffet is quite large. There’s all kinds of fruits and desserts, which I did not touch. I had a bunch of items including sushi, meats, noodles, wontons, clam chowder, cocktail shrimp, Chinese doughnuts, clams, crawfish, mussels, mushrooms, and orange chicken. The line is always long. They have a number system. It only took 20 minutes to go from the first number they called when we arrived(35) to our number(53). King Palace is located right next to Kmart. The floor was dirty and the service was abrupt. But for the price and food, it’s worth it. Our drinks were refilled promptly. As long as I get my food and drinks, I’m a happy camper. FYI the snow crab legs are only offered on the weekend. They were good about refilling them. I’ll be back to fulfill my next crab leg craving!

We came here with a party of 75 and we were promised the private room. When we arrived, half of the banquet room was our party and the rest were strangers. Granted it was a weekend night and there were a lot of people, but my relatives placed a $ 100 deposit to save the date/time and room. Luckily, we were able to squeeze our entire party in the back part of the room, but to get out was crazy bottleneck. There is only 1 aisle, and the aisle to leave was always crowded by the staff, people getting up and out, strollers and/or wheelchairs. Not comfortable at all. The food was OK. Supposedly the Habachi Bar was the star of this buffet. I wasn’t impressed so decided to skip it. There are crab legs and huge oysters on the half shell, so I took a couple of oysters. When my Dad saw me he said«Hey, you better watch out…» Ummmmmmmmmm ok… I smelled the oysters and they had a really fishy smell to them. When I tasted a piece, it tasted like they were spoiled. GROSS! The only items I enjoyed sadly were the fried shrimp(you can’t go wrong with fried shrimp!), lo mein and the chocolate fountain(chocolate covered strawberries). The restaurant gets super busy and on a weekend the lobby is packed. I felt claustrophobic in the restaurant, as if they tried to cram more tables than the allotted space. Is this restaurant even fire code safe? Inexpensive buffet, but you get what you pay for!
