Sizzler

My Wife and I went there last night. My wife had the salad bar and I ordered a burger. No one came to the table to get the order ticket. My wife was finishing and I went to find a manager. He found the waitress standing in the back talking.
This is the second time this happened to us.

If your looking for a good place to have a great salad in a quiet atmosphere then this is a great spot, salad bar is load with quality fixings and add ons.
The soups not bad, they have a really great clam chowder, and they aren’t stingy with the clams. The regular food isn’t too great, especially the fried food section.

This was the tastiest Sizzlers my family and I have been to! We enjoyed our meal and had good service. The bowls we got first were not clean but the server brought us a clean set. It was busy so we over looked it. Otherwise we would come again!

A holiday meal here with friends can be both a good thing and a bad judgement. This time it started out with a partially wiped tabletop and no napkins to wipe it off ourselves. My expectations were not high for our first visit to this location based on that. If you lead someone to a booth or table make sure it is properly wiped clean and settings are in place.
After we settled into our booth I headed to the salad bar to load up my plate and select the clam chowder while my friends waited for their order.
The salad buffet seemed very compact and tight compared to others I’ve been to but they had all the main ingredients to make an awesome fresh salad.
Made a final plate of fresh fruit topped with ambrosia salad and tried the peppermint cheesecake in a cup which was pretty amazing. This location didn’t serve the oreo cookie mousse dessert but the peppermint cheesecake is a great alternative.
So while first impressions are important the food is what really matters so this turned out to be a nice evening out. The restaurant was full but not overly crowded and the wait staff did their jobs as well as they could on a holiday evening. This wouldn’t be my first choice Sizzler location but I would return again without hesitation.
