First off, I’m going to say that I ordered food via another mobile app(would rather not say here of course). Unfortunately, I was not paying attention to the delivery address, probably due to my hunger. About 15 minutes in and notice I ordered for delivery to my house and called them up right away. I asked them if it was still possible to cancel and the gentleman stated the order has already been started, so he offered to see how far my actual delivery address was and noticed it was just too far. He then said it was ok to cancel at that time. I even offered for him to charge me 20% of the order since I messed up. He said it was ok and to please try them next time. Well, I will definitely do so and thank you for the understanding and awesome customer relations.

This place is delicious. I always get the chicken chow neon, because the noodles are homemade and tasty. The orders are made fast, there’s tv, it’s clean, and the people who work there are very nice. It’s also good to support a family business.

Yuck. The sauce was jelly like on the beef and broccoli. The walls were disgustingly dirty. My daughter ordered the crabs and clams and they were greasy. What? Why would they be greasy? I had to ask for napkins. I had to ask for forks. I had to ask for the egg roll that came with the meal. It was 3:00pm and the restaurant looked like it was in disrepair in a huge way. The bathroom was lacking in hygiene, nothing looked professional. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out a few deals went down in this place. It was sketchy!

I am beyond mad. This was my third time ordering and my last. I can’t help but to laugh to fight back these tears of frustration and hunger. I ordered delivery and gave the guy a $ 2 tip, as soon as I got it I power walked back to my living room and kicked off my shoes to dive right in, as soon as I opened the bag, There it was, a long strand of hair, with the follicle still attached to it, Right outside of the plate. My heart dropped and my appetite faded. I called the restaurant and told them what happened, he apologized and explained that everyone wears hair nets(order better hair nets or hire bald people) and said that he would put down my info for 15% off my next order. Yes…15% So he wants me to eat the food after seeing that and all he offers is 15% the next option was to credit my money back to my card, I took that option and the delivery guy came back for the food. I asked him for my tip back, he calmly said he left it at the restaurant but would bring it back. No thanks, keep it, and the last of my business! –Sincerely Hangry bald girl Response! I didn’t order chicken, I guess I’m not the only person that got hair in their food. You offered me 15% off my next order without thinking about this order. Your food is good, that’s not the problem, it’s how you failed to resolve this problem, and now you’re attacking the customer that waited 30 – 45 min just to get hair in her food. And pay $ 2 dollars for a meal she never got to eat. Take this L! P.s. How many times are you going to delete your comment?

Came here for dinner with my kids. We ordered orange chicken, fried rice, chowmein, tempura noodle soup. The man at the counter that took our order was nice and informative and the price is the same as the quality. My son loves the orange chicken and so do I. I love that the sauce and chicken are separate for a more crisp chicken in every bite. My little baby likes the noodle soup. My husband likes the chowmein he said it tastes way better than the fast food Chinese food haha of course it does. Over all every thing was good and will be back for more.

Just had lunch there again as I was in town for business. I travel on a regular basis and it’s always great to find a local Chinese restaurant with great food and service as a fallback and that is what I found here. The food is made fresh and hot, the service is excellent and they truly appreciate your business. The surroundings are a bit sparse but you’re not going for the ambiance. This 5 star review needs to be kept in context as it’s just a great lunch place when you’re in town. What made this place standout was the people that work there, which I believe they were the owners. They truly appreciated the business and you could tell they cared.

I come here probably 3 times a week and get the new all you can eat seafood. And the prices are the deal of a lifetime. The owner Jone is the nicest guy on the block. I ask myself why people are eating at these fast food places everytime I come here. That’s how good the food is. Come here if you want the authentic Chinese food. Urban chopsticks all day every day baby. I also recommend the teriyaki chicken w/egg fried rice. Always a good choice. I don’t know what else to say… any questions or comments feel free to ask. Hope this review was helpful!

Rude staff. Bad service. Horrible food. Wontons were basically fried salt rocks, noodles were over cooked and the beef was mushy. If Unilocal allowed us to give zero stars, I would. Only positive is that there’s a cool juice bar next door. I’d rather eat liquid meals for the rest of my life than eat food from this place. Gross. Save yourself the time, money and hypertension.

It’s my first time ordering food from them, I’m not from the area but they did an extra mile for me to deliver my food. I’m currently in the hospital and delivery guy doesn’t even bother bringing my food up to me at 4th floor. Plus food is great too! Love the egg flower soup! The sweet sour shrimp & monggolian beef too!

I tried ordering on Grubhub but decided to call the restaurant directly to place my delivery order of fried chicken wing pieces and a shrimp in lobster sauce dinner which included a nice amount of steamed rice and a small portion of soup of the day plus an egg roll. I was fairly happy with what I received. Sweet sauce for the egg roll was not included. The generous portion of shrimp in the shrimp with lobster sauce was fresh with nice flavor or simply put — delicious. The fried chicken was crispy yet questionable in flavor and consistency. Some pieces had bone-in and flavor, others were bland boneless pieces. Customer service was by far the best I’ve had to date from a Chinese restaurant in the immediate area. Delivery guy was ultra handsome and delivery time was fast with the food still piping hot! This had to be by far the freshest shrimp I’ve had in a delivery dish to date! You know when shrimp is so fresh and has like a hint of sweetness, that’s what you’ll get here. The shrimp was perfect! If in the area again, I will definitely try them again and I highly recommend them! Tip for the restaurant: Take time to edit your grubhub or other online menus. In my humble opinion, it’s a little confusing and it looks like items are missing from the menu like small/large steamed rice or what about offering the shrimp or crawfish hot pots on your online menu. Maybe figure out a legit portion size or flavors for delivery and offer it online. I’d be the first one in line to order one of those for delivery. Also, I’m wondering if your larger(2 — 3+ people) dishes can be described as A LA Cart rice not included. Just throwing that out there. I luckily just happened to pull up your website and saw your restaurant menu then decided to call in an order instead because the Grubhub menu was a little confusing.

Complimentary spicy soup was really good, it’s spicy but it hits the spot. The milk tea boba is amazing!!! With fresh boba so you know I’m in love!!! It’s also awesome that it’s buy one get one free! Last but not least the chicken chow mein !! Fresh when cooked so you can taste the freshness! It’s really good .I got chicken when I should have gotten beef because I’m not a huge fan or chicken but it’s very good. I put chili paste and when you go to any Asian restaurant and they have chili paste you know it’s the best! Overall experience was good and fast service ! Again I’d have given it 5 stars if I could spot the entrance a lot better.

I work right around the corner from this place and the family is very genuine. One of the brothers was playing ball overseas, he got hurt and returned back to the States. His parents, who owned a restaurant for a long time came out of retirement to help him get his spot started. I’ll save you the time, order the noodles, they are house made by the dad I believe. They are the right amount of salty and sauces. The noodles actually have integrity which I’m sure is a reflection of their homemadeness. They deliver also and Despite all this no matter who you interact with they are humble, courteous and gracious.

This review is based off their food and delivery service. I have been sick with the flu for about 4 days now so I have quarantined myself in the comfort of my home. I was beginning to worry as I didn’t have anyone who could bring me anymore food so I literally thought I was going to die. Low and behold, Urban Chopsticks to the rescue! I was excited to see that they deliver to my area! I ended up ordering egg drop soup, combination fried rice, orange chicken, and the chicken wings all for me, myself and I.(Yes, I’m a big fatty!) The delivery guy was super nice and it came by the time they promised, which I was extremely thankful for! They even divided the orange chicken form the sauce so it wouldn’t get soggy! Kudos! When I laid everything out I realized just how much I ordered just for little ol’ me! The portions were so big! I’m definitely not complaining though because it saved me from having to order deliver again in the future and I love leftovers! Haha I highly recommend this place. They’re friendly, reasonable prices, and good portions. The food is also pretty dang tasty! My favorite was the wings and I pretty much drank all the egg drop soup that night lol… Might just have to order some more…

We loved Urban Chopsticks. The chef is outstanding and aims to please. We went with a chicken, beef, and tofu, and seafood dish and still got out of there at a reasonable rate… with enough left overs for dinner the next night. My wife raved over the Hot Bean Curd and I fell in love with the Beef Hot in Chili Sauce. Also had the Orange Chicken(solid) but we will be more adventurous next time… and the Fried Fish in Hot Garlic Sauce(our least favorite, but still good). Everything was crazy fresh and the portions were huge. A lot of people picking up takeout orders, but not a lot of dine-in folks for dinner. We missed out on the banana desert, waiter told us it sells out everyday by 6PM. Next time we will make sure to get some of this… I am jealous of all those that have enjoyed it and mentioned it in their reviews. Also had a 2for1 Boba deal that my son took advantage of… He gave them a big thumbs up! Get out and support these guys, we need this local spot to make it!

Great Service! Very attentive & friendly… as other reviews have stated, yeah they don’t have lots of decoration & so on but I’m not going to a Museum… I don’t care whats on the walls, I care what’s going in my mouth(that sounded dirty) But anyways… going through the Menu they have LOTS of yummy choices at very reasonable prices. We decided to go with a Family Meal,(A) to be exact… for $ 12 each, we started off with a Delicious WonTon Soup which was packed with WonTons, Chicken & Plenty of Shrimp, then we got Cream Cheese WonTons & Egg Rolls as Appetizers, then we got a big plate of Fried Rice which I loved. The Entrees we chose were Beef Chow Mein & Orange Chicken… everything was so flavorful & fresh… the Chow Mein was so juicy & full of Meat. The Orange Chicken was Crisp & drenched with lots of yummy orange goodness. Writing this review was so difficult, we literally just got home from Urban Chopsticks… we are currently suffering from FOODCOMA!!! We will definitely be back… we enjoyed it.
