Was able to finally upgrade to a king size mattress which I didn’t think would be in our budget. They have a good selection and the customer service was outstanding even though our choice was based on preference Bill made sure to show us around and helped us find a great deal so we could have that king we always wanted. I’d say overall I left a happy customer and would be back if we needed anything in the future.

Kind if a sham ! MD advertised a mattress on craigslist. When we got to the store the sales AssocIate said his boss placed those ads, and he did not know anything about them. I brought up the ad on my cell, he said, oh yeah, that one ~ said he only had a few left, then he said he had two, then, oh ya, that is the last one ! When we asked how many coils the mattress had he shrugged, laughed, and said, «I have no idea» ! This looked like a bait & switch, at any rate he was most unhelpful, also the delivery fee was high. He kept insisting he could tie it on the roof of our car, ah, no, not when the several competitors within a mile deliver for free. Just say NO to this place and check the neighborhood for better deals and better sales associates !

Bill was as polite and helpful as he could be. Unfortunately, he is not in charge. Not his fault.
The door may be open, but Shane is the ‘boss’ and he was impolite and dismissive. He was clear that one exchange is his policy regardless of circumstances. Because I didn’t have another several hundred dollars more to spend that day I was given one (1) other choice.
It’s a small store with minimal selection.
I’m stuck with an uncomfortable mattress.
Take it or leave it, no discussion. No payment plan option for an upgrade. Nothing but an attitude from Shane that he was far too busy to even have a discussion with me. I’d LOVE a solution — am out $ 500.00 for a momentary lapse in my judgement. Expensive mistake.

Shane is a very easy going, professional, and hassle free sales guy. Didn’t feel pressured into buying a particular mattress. He was honest, straight to the point, no bullshit. My sister and I tried a few beds. They have such a great variety! I’ve learned from experience that brand names mean nothing when it comes to bed buying… it really is ALL about the feel! And I ended up finding MY perfect fit! Ended up getting the firm full set Restonic mattress, which is one of their firmmest and lightest mattresses. Just threw everything in the back of the truck and Shane helped. Forgot about the tie downs, but Shane once again came to the rescue!
I would recommend checking them out prior to going next door. Last time I bought my bed was from Sleep Country and it was three times the price. Why spend more when you can still get a great set, with the full 10 year warranty, at an amazing price? Why??? Do yourself a favor, if you’re buying a bed, and stop by!
