Pizza Hut

Just have to say I have ordered food for delivery from this location multiple times (at least onceamonth) and I have yet to be disappointed. Food is cooked perfectly, delivery is always on time or early, and the delivery person (different each time) is always smiling and happy.

The nicest Pizza Hut ever, almost like an Olive Garden with the euro-​flavour décor all around; one of first things to awe is the high ceilings.

Food-​wise, pretty much what you’d expect from a Pizza Hut. Nice dining area and friendly waitress. The dine-​in menu has more options than take-​out or delivery, which is nice if you like to eat there. They only get four stars because they misheard my order, but I’m not picky so I didn’t mind eating it anyway. Overall one of the nicer Pizza Huts I’ve been to.

If I could give this establishment a zero I would! My wife and I came in there to eat about a month and a half ago for dinner later on a friday evening. There wasn’t very many customers here-​maybe a half dozen– so we thought the service would be quick. We were very, very wrong! First off it took about ten minutes for a waitress to come over and take our order. We ordered a combo pizza with dinner salads. We waited nearly 40 minutes before anything came and when it did it was the pizza and not the salads. We asked where our salads were and the waitress said,” Oh like, we ran out of some of the ingredients and we had to make a brand new one” There were about 7 employees working and none of them were doing much of anything except screwing around and gossiping amongst each other. There was no work being done– not one damn thing! Disgusting! I have worked in the food industry and the retail world and if I gave service like this my establishment would be belly up in no time!
When our pizza did arrive it was very light on the sauce (we had asked for extra) The girl didn’t apologize at all and took it back. Instead of a new pizza that was corrected she brought us the old pizza back out and two plastic cups of sauce. There was also raw green peppers on top of the pizza! Never again will we step foot back in this place and I ask everyone else to do the same unless you want a horrible experience! This was over $ 20 we will never see again.

Perhaps it is because it is the «Bistro» the pizza is made differently from other Pizza Huts. The pizza we had from Pizza Hut in Wenatchee was amazing but the last two times we have eaten here, we have been disappointed. Pizza had no cheese where a bubble had come up, which was half the pizza. The crust was puffy (we ordered deep dish) but not crispy delicious on the bottom like in Wenatchee. We have tried this place twice now but after ordering the big box meal for $ 30, that was the last time. The staff is very nice but if you want a good, cheesy pizza, this is not the place.
