Rick Moore is quite a guy. I met him when he hosted an open house. A little while later when I had found a building lot that I wanted to buy, I chose Rick as my buyers agent. Rick did a good job of price negotiation for me. After that, I found a college rental very near WWU that was for sale by owner. I took Rick to look the property over with me. With Rick’s prior construction experience, Rick was able to quickly discern that we should not just walk away, but run away, from this college rental that needed major foundation repair. Because of Rick’s expertise, I didn’t have to pay and then wait for an inspection. I just listened to what Rick explained to me about the problems he saw in the property and then reacted accordingly. Rick’s construction experience is something that you receive the benefit of when you make Rick your buyer’s agent.
I truly believe that Rick is a good real estate agent. He’s a hard worker. If you chose him to be your seller’s agent, he wont be lazy in that he will host open houses. He’ll even help you to determine what repairs and changes you need to make to sell your house more quickly.
As a buyer’s agent, Rick is a good negotiator. He knows the good home inspectors who really do inspect a property to determine the defects. Rick knows the best home financing options to help you purchase a home. All in all, I believe Rick is one very good real estate agent.
