The best jeweler in town! Sized my ring in one day! I wouldn’t bring my jewelry any where else. Beautiful clean store with a lot of beautiful pieces. Go here first before you go anywhere else!

I had just got engaged and my ring needed to be resized, and since it is an heirloom, also needed to be repaired a bit. Tony was so welcoming and a pleasure to talk with! He did it all in 48 hours (faster than he even said) so I could have it for the weekend, AND I had a watch that needed a new battery which he didn’t charge me for. The ring turned out to still be a little big and I brought it back later that day, right before he closed, and he had it ready for me the next morning! no charge! I have been to other jewelers before and they didn’t show nearly the same amount of care of attention for the customer or jewelry. He also appraised my ring. I’ll definitely go back!

Very impressed by this place. I needed a watch resized and did not not know where to go or who to trust. After calling around to different jewelers in the area I was quoted a very fair price by tony. I brought it in after work and found plenty of street parking. Tony was there to greet me and was able to take care of my watch in a half hour. I would tell everyone I know who needs a jeweler to go here. Trustworthiness is key and you find it here.

We found Tony, owner of Benchcraft Jewelers, through Angie’s List where all 26 of his ratings have been all A, including price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism!
Our experience was just as good as that of the other reviewers. He replaced a diamond from my wife’s antique cluster ring that had been been worn by her grandmother and great-​grandmother. He did a beautiful job at a very reasonable cost. In addition, he is a great guy and is totally honest and trustworthy. We couldn’t be happier with his expertise and service. We recommend him without reservation.

I brought in a vintage silver necklace I had bought online that needed a little work. Tony is very attentive and really cared that the gift turned out right.

I walked in today with a broken locket. I had to ring the bell to get in, and once inside the jeweler (Tony) stopped whatever he was doing to work with me.
He told me that from the looks of it it may be a complicated fix, and if it is fixable at all, he will do it with no charge. He also warned me that there was a 50⁄50 chance of breaking the locket and he will proceed if I am ok with it.
While he was trying to fix it, I looked around. The place was immaculately clean and well-​organized, and he seemed to have a nice selection of fine jewelry on display.
Unfortunately, the locket was too old to be fixed (a 2nd jeweler confirmed it afterwords) but the customer service I got at Benchcraft Jewelers today was way beyond my expectations.
