Best Coffee Ice Cream Soda I’ve had in years! Professional younger staff knows just how to make them.

I recently moved into town and was looking for a good ice cream place because I just absolutely love ice cream, I came across this place and was very happy with the customer service and the ice cream! I was served by a young employee named Hugo who was extremely helpful in letting me try flavors and give suggestions. All in all I was very satisfied with everything except the music (lobby music???)

This place is run by a bunch of rude and untrained high school students that should not be in customer facing positions. They keep the place dirty and lack basic knowledge of customer service. The service keeps getting worse and the employee turnover is high. It seems the only person sticking around is the rudest employee and he seems to be the one training everyone else to be just as rude. The yoghurt is not worth the poor service. I suggest skipping Moozy’s for the better options nearby e.g. Emack & Bolio’s. Their employees are better trained

So happy to have an independent ice cream shop within walking distance. Servings are very generous (banana split is more than enough for two people). The young staff has always been pleasant. Their movie nights and outdoor seating promote a great neighborhood atmosphere. The ice cream is average, but still a nice treat to walk to on a hot day. I haven’t tried their non-​ice cream offerings. In my opinion, more ice cream flavors rotating through would push them up to 5-​stars.

Door said 10:00 pm. Walk through the door at 9:15 and their soft ice cream stations were closed, all the topping were put away. Small business owners wouldn’t want to turn their patrons away 45 minutes before closing. Change the time or staff shouldn’t be closing the store before appropriate time. Disappointed and not coming back!

the sanitation situation concerns me here. my daughter loves this place and is only allowed to get the hard ice cream from the freezers where everything seems ok. This place needs a strong manager, kids run this place and let’s face it, they are just kids.

Place is dirty every time my family has gone there. Trash is overflowing every time we have visited, the froyo station is a mess with toppings all over the counter — not to mention it is not sanitary that the station is also the line for folks waiting to order. There is no supervision of the staff. They are more concerned with their high school friends that are visiting and eating for free, than they are the paying customers. And most importantly, the ice cream is terrible. Keep going back, hoping for a better experience and at this point we are giving up. Do not recommend.

I’m deleting this review because people should judge for themselves and I don’t want to slam a locally owned business. Plus, right after posting my negative review (the result of more than one disappointing visit) I got a concerned email from a manager who assured me the service issues were being addressed. I haven’t been back, but I wish them luck.

Moozy’s was the perfect after-​dinner treat as usual! I came here with my cousin and we we’re both very pleased. A very friendly and not lazy worker named Paul helped us and he was great! Definitely planning on coming back! I still recommend the cotton candy LOL. Also love how the rainbow sprinkles we’re red white and blue for the fourth, a very nice touch!

I like this place! Great comfortable chairs and tables outside. A perfect way to relax and enjoy some ice cream. I really love the bright colors in the place and reasonable portion to price ratio. I always get the graham central station ice cream — amazing!
The only annoyance here is that the prices round up funny so you get back a lot of change, the service is mediocre, and they didn’t clean the scooper so my delicious ice cream had traces of pink peppermint stick and some white coconut ice cream — kind of off-​putting for a small cup!

Moozy’s has promise. the place itself is adorable with bright colors and adirondack chairs, and the ice cream and smoothies are good, it just needs some serious improvement in the staffing department and maybe reconsider their sizing or prices.
Came here on a weekday evening, and the outside was packed. Inside there was a line and at least 4 workers, but only two working (they were quite nice btw). One girl was just standing by texting intently and ignoring the people in line, while the other guy was just staring blankly. like really?
Also I thought the prices were a bit high compared to other ice cream places. The small was ~$ 4, but you get about half as much as places like Bedford Farms and Rancatore’s. I don’t need that much ice cream, but can you at least charge me less? Also the toppings seem overpriced.
So yeah. I’m not writing Moozy’s off just yet, because it’s cute and yummy and in a nice location, but I think there is definitely lots of room for improvement!

I’ve driven by this place 100 times since the old Brighams closed and re-​opened as Moozy’s. I had high hopes, but was let down. My ice cream was totally freezer burnt. The kid who waited on me didn’t know the difference between Mocha Almond and Mocha Chip (and he works in an ice cream shop). The place was a little too dirty for my liking as well. I’ll find someplace else for a Sundae, and I suggest you do as well.
