Horrible, first I call and give my address. I’m told I’m not in their delivery area, mind you I live 2 blocks away from them. The girl didn’t know or comprehend what I was asking when I asked where their location was. She literally lowered the phone and yelled«Where are we? Like where is our location?» I wasn’t on hold or told let me find out, nope I got a girl yelling into my ear. The manager then gets on the phone after I ask for him since she can’t seem to find my address. He sees right away that she was adding spaces everywhere. Long story short, I will be going to domino’s from now on. Their customer service is amazing.

Some of the employees that work here are the classic epitome of why people should not forgo education. Just placed an order online and forgot to add a dipping sauce to my pizza rolls so I called them about it. First person who answered, told me that it would cost $.50 each, which dumbfounded me. I thought the sauce was part of the deal, but whatever. After all, she works there, I don’t. Anyway, looked up the order on the website and it states in plain English, «Served with your choice of Marinara or Ranch dipping sauce.» Fine, maybe it was an oversight on their part so I called back. Another lady answers and I asked again for a dipping sauce. I had to repeat myself 3 times because she didn’t even know what«Stuffed Pizza Rollers» were(duh — it’s on YOUR menu, hello?) and then when it came to the dipping sauce, she said I had to pay extra for them. No, girl, just no. I told her what the website said and she proceeded to deny and argue with me that it wasn’t free. She then placed me on hold for a few minutes and then finally relented saying she will give it to me free of charge. Like, oh really? Stay in school kids.

2 stars because the manager is nice. Avoid bacon cheese stuffed crust. According to the manager, one of the workers forgets and stretches it too thin. Placed an order online. It said it would take 2 hours to be delivered. Immediately called to see if I could pick it up instead. girl was not aware that she didn’t put me on hold and told one of her co workers«well I’m just going to tell her that her pizzas already in the oven and there’s nothing that we can do». I called her out on it and spoke to the manager. My pizza arrived in less than 30 minutes.

Ok, it’s Pizza Hut. Yeah yeah get over it. You know what your getting when you go here, and I love a large, meat lovers, thin crust pizza. And this place delivers in a very timely manner everytime. So it’s a four, yeah that’s right a four. Be it a busy football watching weekend or an average Tuesday night that I don’t want to have to cook; this place gets it to me hot, cooked, the correct order, and mainly fast.

Saturday night, 8:00. Not a soul seated in the dining area. We should have walked out then. A long 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Another 10 minutes-literally– later, our four drinks arrive. Our waitress takes our order of one large, half pep, half cheese pizza. The phone was ringing off the hook, others were coming in and experiencing the sake wait time as we did. 30 minutes later, our order was delivered, and it was cold. We knew they were busy with deliveries, but this was ridiculous. We will not be going back. No efforts were made to apologize. Bathrooms were also in need of attention.

I ordered the Pizza from the Belton Pizza Hut, 254−933−3333, because their ad was in the hotel room at the Best Western Plus in Salado. The girl who took the order was rude, kept getting the information wrong, and gave us a 35 minute delivery time. At an HOUR, I CALLEDTOCOMPLAIN. I was told they attempted delivery. The delivery guy had tried to deliver to the wrong room. Did not call my cell number. Went to the front desk, but the delivery guy did not have my last name so the hotel manager could not look up the correct room. The hotel manager wanted to speak to the manager at the Pizza Hut and the driver did not want him to and left without delivering my pizza. The female manager, Jennifer, was unpleasant when I complained and insisted they called me, but my cell phone never rang, nor did the phone in the room ring. With my Bluetooth on my phone there is no way to miss a call. I canceled my order because we were getting the run around. We talked to the hotel manager who was also displeased. After speaking with the hotel manager my husband decided to call back to complain further. We then called back and this time we spoke with a manager named Ron who apologized and asked to send our original order without charge. At the moment of this writing I am waiting. However, in the interest of holding the store accountable, I am still posting this bad review.

Pretty clean place compared ti done Pizza Huts. Buffet was fresh and really good. Wait staff was prompt and nice. Overall a good pizza experience.
