Pros: They pick up your vacuum and will give you a loaner. Cons: They do not accept credit cards, they are overpriced, and the older man who runs the business is difficult to deal with. The ad I found on google that directed me to this company was for«Vacuum Man». When I had to write the check to pay for service, he said it was«International Brush Co». Likewise, he called me from 3 different phone numbers. I’m not sure this is an actual shop or company but rather a man repairing vacuums at his home. He tried to tell me that both of the washable filters in my Dyson needed to be replaced and that they aren’t washable(they are). The price he gave me for the filters was at a 50% mark up. They are easy to install myself so why in the world would I ever pay him double the price to do what I can do myself? And then he tried, repeatedly, to argue with me about it. He was a very difficult man to deal with on many levels. The price is $ 70 to $ 99 just for the service call so any parts or work needed beyond that will cost you extra. He ended up only having to replace a switch in my vacuum(a $ 5 part) and the final cost to me was $ 130. It took 14 days to get back. The convenience of having it picked up and getting a loaner was not worth the overall experience.
