Awful experience, treat me very rude, the eye doctor and the employees are rude, send me a bill before I was able to go to the appointment then charge me for it, and demanded I go to their own picked date for the appointment, even though it is 30 below weather and I am 2 hrs away from them. Are you kidding me? I rather pay them, and take the loss than let any of them ever get close to me. These people did not treat me with compassion and good ethics. I hate that I went to this store. At the end I had to take a loss for the service I cannot received since I do not trust them.
