Craigslist Whores… They should be getting their merchandise elsewhere!
They stalk Craigslist and buy up all the good stuff they can get their hands on and then mark it up 3 or 4 times from what they paid.
Not fair to others trying to furnish their homes on a budget. They will beat you to the purchase every time!!! I have already lost out on two couches within hours of the Craigslist posting and then see it at their store marked way up.

I love this store! They always have new inventory and the prices are great!

Great place for furniture! I got a perfect futon and a chair today — seems like they get new things everyday and I appreciate the kind staff who are willing to help you find what you need. Will definitely recommend!

One of my favorite shops in Bend! Super impressed with the quality and cleanliness of all the furniture, home décor and the store itself. I moved to Bend less than a month ago and was able to purchase some awesome home décor for the walls of my Town home. Since moving from San Diego, I have learned that it’s not always fun to travel around town in the Wind or rain… NO PROBLEM! — follow Bend Upcycle on Facebook and you can shop online! I don’t even have to leave my couch ;)

We have purchased several items from your store and not only did we find quality items but the level of customer service is amazing! Everyone there is kind and very helpful. My husband is disabled and when they delivered they brought it inside and put the dresser right in our bedroom for us. So awesome!

I was furnishing someone’s condo in Bend. I saw a mirror on craigslist, and went in to see it. Andy, who seemed like management, was very nice. It was a good price, but I couldn’t fit it in my car. No problem, they deliver for a price, and for me, it was worth it. I didn’t hear the knock at the door, so it was left on our concealed porch. I got it inside, and called Andy to see if he could bring it up a steep flight of stairs. He sent his delivery man, Danny, who was very pleasant and helpful. All in all a very good experience. I saw several things I’d like for my own house, but delivery 600 miles might be a bit steep.

I consigned three wall decoration items with these people on the same day, which means that they expire on the same day if they don’t sell. I called to check the status of my items and the guy I talked to said they didn’t sell and by the end of the week they become store property so I can pick them up if I want. When I went to pick up the three unsold items there were two women working that day and they both told me that one of the items had expired (but the other two items were still hanging in their store for sale, which didn’t make sense because their start date was the same), that it «fell apart», so they couldn’t sell it so it got donated somewhere, but they didn’t know where. They couldn’t come up with a good explanation on how it «fell apart». How does something that hangs on the wall simply fall apart? It hung on my wall for 20 years (and survived multiple moves) without falling apart. I asked a few times for clarification and both women repeated the same lie: «it just fell apart». The least they could’ve done is admit to what really happened to the piece and returned the «fallen apart» piece to me. I didn’t get the option of trying to repair it myself. They lied to my face, and basically stole my item because they «donated» it without my permission. Liars and cheats from my experience. I won’t consign or shop there again, and hope others do the same.

The prices were good and the selection was great too. The quality of the furniture makes me keep stopping in when new needs come up. The management has always been helpful with any questions.
The store is laid out well and always clean. I recommend Bend Upcycle to my friends.

I was also surprised at how high the prices were, «Upcycle» = used, let’s be real here. I bought something and it just didn’t work out. I didn’t ask to return it, just asked if I could re-​sell/​consign the item with them. The nice friendly attitude I encountered when buying my overpriced item and paying for delivery completely disappeared. I’d had the item less than a week. It was a terrible experience. I make sure to tell anyone I know or overhear talking about that place how terrible the owner was once he had my money.

Very friendly service, and a decent selection of some unique items. Prices are fair, and I was told that they offer a per-​trip delivery fee as opposed to a per-​item price like some of the other places around town.

I’m so glad I found this store. Great deals, fun stuff… excellent customer service. If you haven’t been there… go!

WAY overpriced! I can’t believe how much they are charging for little items like birdhouses and wood with wire! Real Deals offers higher quality items with way lower prices.
The first time I went in the guy that was working was super friendly– that’s why they get 2 stars and not 1. Customer service is important– but high quality items with a bargain ticket price in a «upcycled» store can take you pretty far.

I have been in Bend UpCycle a few times and each time am pleasantly surprised. It is always clean and organized, the inventory is fresh and interesting, very eclectic! What I noticed too is that it smelled really great inside as well, some consignment stores with an array of antiques and loved things it can smell a little funky or stale, NOT the case here. The service was great. I had been looking all over town for a cabinet to store some extra things and I found the perfect one here for ¹⁄₃ of the price with 4x’s the space. It is my ‘Go To’ shop not only to acquire the perfect thing but also if I need to UpCycle something of my own. A true gem of a store!
