We ordered sod from this company for our backyard and had it delivered. From start to finish they were awesome and really helpful. Even when I returned the pallets, the guy working there helped me take them off the top of my jeep. Everyone was so nice. Extra kudos to the receptionist (I think she was the receptionist, she had dreads). She was extremely positive and helpful. It is so nice to walk into somewhere and be treated with such great customer service.

Had a great experience with this company. We price shopped and they were right in line or below those we checked and had a better selection. Staff was really helpful and knew their products. They met or exceeded every expectation.

Of course the lady was laughed at, what did she expect asking in front of other customers for a lower price. I wonder which person was really rude? Sorry Sara, it was probably YOUR approach that was rude, that is why you got that reaction.

I am a homeowner and live in a neighborhood down the street from these guys. I’ve purchased sod (which is the best looking in my neighborhood), fertilizer, mulch, and stone. Each experience was at a different time of the year. They buy their sod from McPheaters. It is great sod. I called around to every place that sells sod and at the time they were tied as the best pricing. I buy the McPheaters fertilizer. They recommend this fertilizer and it really is the best and nowhere near as expensive as what you buy at Home Depot. It is also made for our climate so it is very specific in the mix. An extra fun fact is that if you buy the fertilizer they recommend and use it according to instruction they guarantee your sod. (Sod you buy from them and they keep track under your name in their computer) I thought“weird” but ok, my grass looks so dang good with the schedule they recommend so why not? I did get a weird patch the third summer… about 2ft x 3ft that started turning white. I told the manager, I think Joe, about this and he gave me, GAVE me, some stuff to put on it and said if it didn’t clear it up he would come out and look at it. The next step would have been to dig out that spot and replace it at no charge to me. Well, the stuff worked and I’ve had no problems since. One year I purchased a different mulch then I normally get from them and it is supposed to stay a certain color all summer, it did not, it faded. On a trip in I told a guy there and he gave me a certifiicate for that amount of mulch and the next year when I needed mulch, it basically cost me nothing. So they were good with that… i don’t know why that other reviewer didn’t receive great customer service. All in all, I love this place. They’re helpful, stand behind their product, and the owner is very generous in the community. He helps out with the school’s fundraisers in our community. Pretty great place.

I have used these folks many times for both delivery and my pick-​up of bulk products like compost and ground bark, for my large yard. They are reliable, their product is good quality, and they are skilled at getting a delivery truck into tight spaces. Friendly and professional people both on-​site and on delivery. They do not cut corners on bulk products like some other landscape products suppliers. Not the cheapest, but reasonably priced for high quality products. They seem quite happy to deal with homeowners although I suspect most of their business goes to landscape professionals. I can’t imagine the very negative review was anything other than a lack of familiarity with busy commercial type suppliers. I have no affiliation with the company, just a happy homeowner customer for many years.

Horrible customer service and high price!
I would never give this place any of my money.
I waited 15 minutes to talk to Joe to ask a very simple question about a price match. Before I even finished he laughed at me in front of other customers, I could even tell him what the price was he said no he wouldn’t even think about it and was very disrespectful and rude. It would have cost his business very little, the price difference was only 3.00.
I would have been very happy to buy from this company in full price if he was respectful and told me that they would not be able to do that instead of being so unkind.
Again unless you want to be treated like garbage by the manager do not go here.
