OH MY GOSH! this is it! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!! I went to the East Side location for months, never being greeted, always having to ask if I could get help. The lady with the short dark hair and glasses won’t acknowledge any of the customers and acts like she totally hates her job. The breaking point was when I went to drop off a package and she had her key in the lock to shut the door, and she waved me away shouting through the door she was closed (mind you, this was a pre paid package to just drop off) So… I thought I would try the West Side location. HORRIBLE customer service. I have given this place my business for months as well. Does the owner or manager not know how bad the customer service is? Thank you to the terrible customer service from the young man tonight, your rudeness has finally made up my mind. The gentleman at the shipping place in the Safeway Forum are so friendly and helpful. I don’t know why I kept torturing myself going to Pack Ship and More. I guess the locations were close to work and home. I really hope the management and owners read this. If I owned Pack Ship and More, I would be MORTIFIED at my staff. BYE BYE forever!

Close, convenient and excellent service. The staff is super nice. The rates are slightly higher but what I lose in higher rates I gain in expediency and time not to deal with other places.

This is my go to shop in town to make copies, fax, mail parcels, etc. I go here so often, that I call it «my office.» Every time I have been here the employees have been helpful, patient, and kind. I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Jeanette and Sue are always so helpful, as well as all of the other employees. I am glad that they are close by.

Was quoted well over 100 dollars to ship an item that Fed Ex charged me 40 for! Glad I went with someone else! Ouch!

Love going to Pack Ship and More! The staff is always super friendly and they have decent rates. They have an electronic punch card system which is very handy because I ship frequently and I get a bonus after a certain amount of things sent!
