This store has the best customer service that I’ve ever had at a beer distributor. You can’t walk around the store without at least 3 people offing their help to find specific beer, give advice, etc. what’s great is they do it in a totally non pushy way and when you DO want help they are always spot on.

Poorly labeled store. Apparently they expect their customers to find which price tag matches which item. Aside from the one courteous worker who quickly asked if I needed help, the employees at the cash register were rude. One female cashier decided to eat her pizza — at the register– instead of working the cash register. Will not be a return customer.

Huge selection of beers to choose from. All in all enjoying coming hear for my beer and even sometimes my Kegs of Miller Lite.

What do I love about Bensalem Beer. 1. I was looking for a ½ keg of craft beer. I found their website and it was up to date with everything they had. They didn’t have the ½ keg, but the ¼ keg was just fine (normally I’m forced to buy ¹⁄₆ kegs). Just having an easy to navigate, up to date website is a great start .
2. When I got there I was immediately approached by 2 people who asked if they could help. I asked for the ¼ keg, but said I wanted to look around (their selection of crafts is top notch). One of the guys said he would grab the keg for me and to keep looking and it would be up front.
3. The guy who stayed behind said they love to special order kegs and if I ever need one to not hesitate and if it’s legal to have in PA they would track it down. Then have me a rundown of what they offer especially seasonally (pumpkin, fest, Xmas).
4. When I was done looking the keg was there and the guy took it out to my car– class act.
I could not be happier with the ease, the selection and most importantly the staff (dopey me should have gotten names). I really have no reason to go anywhere else for cases and kegs. Great job! Please keep it up!

This store is three minutes from my house. Pretty good selection. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little scarce when the place is packed which is Why I tend to only go in the mornings. I do wish they carried six packs along with cases. I wouldn’t ever purchase non alcohol beverages such as juices and sodas there, way too expensive. Otherwise pretty good spot

Came here cause I was in the area and noticed they had straw-​ber-​itas for $ 20 for a case, they were 8oz cans and the 16 oz cans were 36.50…I didn’t deal with the staff much except ringing out but they were okay, it looked like they had a good selection of beer, I don’t live in the area, so I don’t know if I would return.

Only sells by the case. Good selection of beer though.
Staff is the rudest I’ve ever experienced. You would think they want to drive customers away. You can get your goods elsewhere.
Do not spend your money here!
