We ordered food delivery from Champs on a families hectic Wednseday night, thinking it would make the evening easier. An hour and twenty minutes later, no food arrived, so champs received a phone call from us. They stated the card we used was declined. There is money on the card, perhaps a digit was misheard, or a number was fat fingered into their system. Either way, a good customer service response would be to call the customer back to verify the number that was entered, or requests a different method of payment. But instead, Champs employees did none of this and let their customer wait for an hour and a twenty minutes before the customer called to find out the order for the food was not processed. We enjoy the food at champs, but they should look into providing customer service training to their employees.

This pizza place is the BEST pizza shop around for food! The food is awesome. From the cheesteak pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, Italian hoagies, and cheesteaks! All these people saying the food isn’t good must have eaten somewhere else! The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the customer service and the delivery time! Delivery always takes an hour or more even on week days. If their that busy hire another delivery driver. Customer service isn’t always pleasant and on Unilocal when you check in they give you have a coupon. Well, I used it once and they were obviously mad about it and laughing at me on the other side of the phone. They also made my double steak and cheese sandwich a single even though I paid for double! There are many reasons this pizza place makes me mad, but honestly they do have the best food around!

Favorite pizza shop. What’s with the crummy reviews? Last time I ordered they sent me an «extra» meatball sub. I love the food. Their homemade bread is amazing and the food is always good and hot.

Not impressed at all. I went here with my daughter after purchasing her a new car seat from babies r us. I got a couple slices and a chicken finger platter for her. I had to wait 35 minutes!!! I mean really!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! The food wasn’t even worth the wait. It was mediocre at best. The chicken was dried out. The fries were hard as a rock and the pizza was nasty. I most likely won’t go back. Not worth it.

Let me start by saying I haven’t been right in the intestines since that god awful champs pizza. They said 45 minutes to pick up and an hour and a half later it was ready. My buddy was trapped in my car for a half hour listening to Elvis’ greatest hits on repeat, which I also blame champs. The wings tasted like rubber bands dipped in Hotsauce and the pizza was disgusting with a capital D. We took turns using the bathroom the rest of the night and Jess pooped at least 4xs between 7 – 9. This was my first time to this dump and I’ll never go back. I’d rather eat a raw boboli from shop rite.

Horrible service, it takes them over an hour to deliver. When I get my food it’s cold and the rolls are soggy! My order is never correct and always have to call and complain. Your safest bet here is to just get a plain pizza and pick it up.

Not sure what happened to this place. I’m always getting their menus so I decided to give this place a shot tonight. What a big mistake! Ordered a pepperoni pizza and there was literally like 6 pieces of pepperoni on it. The crust was just okay, the sauce was super acidity and the cheese was terrible. Not to mention the delivery took over an hour, it’s Monday night! The fries were just okay as well, they were cold by the time it got here. I will never order from here again. I’ll just stick to Pats pizza in Parkwood… Please stop putting your menu in my mailbox…

I really like their pizza and they’re reasonably priced. They seem to have a problem with French fries. The fries don’t come out until you’re just about finished eating your food. Its been an issue for the last 6 to 8 months. I hope they fix the problem because they do have good food.

Stopped in first before seeing a movie and ordered 3 slices and an order of fries and watched customer and after customer get thier food(even though they ordered way after us) and I went up and asked and we received our food quick and a refund even though the mistake wasn’t on them. A customer took our food when they called it out. Was pleasantly surprised with the food and their service!

I’ve been going to this place for a long time without checking Unilocal reviews for it once. Today I figured… what the hay, I’ll check in and see what’s good. Apparently not much in the opinion of others. We’ll have to agree to disagree. It’s close to my house, so I can always walk there. As for the food, I like it. Nothing that’s going to completely blow your mind, but it’s not bad at all. The pizza is good, wings are good, salads are always huge, and they do have a few sandwiches that set them aside from other places. I’m a huge fan of their rolls. I don’t know where they get them from, but I could definitely make a meal out of them alone. I don’t really ever have problems with the service. Once in awhile you get a new person at the counter who doesn’t really know right from left, but there’s always someone to back them up. I usually eat in, as it’s more convenient for me that way. Food always comes up quick. The one or two times I’ve gotten delivery, it’s always gotten to me pretty damn fast(but I do also practically live across the street). I’m down for this place.

Overpriced pizza by the slice, soggy and greasy, rude service. Be prepared to be talked about if you ask how much the food is. I think the price should be listed next to the food item above the counter so you don’t have to ask. First and last time that I go to this place for pizza or anything else!

1 hr 55 minutes for a pizza delivery. My food is lukewarm and when we called after the first hour we were told the delivery guy would be here any minute. When I called and spoke to the manager I got no explanation or apology just an I’ll call the driver. The food is decent but not a two hour wait good.

Let me start off by saying Champ’s has the largest slice of pizza in the area. You would think that with how big the slice is they would sacrifice quality for quantity, but I kid you not, Champ’s is probably the best slice in town! Not to mention their lengthy menu. You will be overwhelmed by the selection. Though a bit pricey they offer everything that you would expect from any other pizza spot. Their specialty pizza’s are out of this world. I recommend their Buffalo Chicken PIzza.

Most ignorant manager in the world she said her brother in law is the owner. I was told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. I call back in an Hour and half and the ignorant manager told me the phone girls made a mistake and told me the wrong time. I then was told by the ignorant manager that it’s my fault the food is taking a while Bcs I was out of the delivery zone. Honestly the worst experience of my life and it sucks the pizza is pretty good but honestly the service at Walmart is better.

Champs WAS a great place. The pizza dough WAS so good, it kept you coming back and made the long delivery time forgivable. Lately the quality of the food has severely declined, delivery times have become even longer, and they even missed one of my family’s recent orders. I don’t know what went wrong with this place, but from now on, I will be giving my business to other companies who sell food that actually tastes good.

I’ve eaten here a few times only had the cheesesteaks fries & chicken fingers but very good a big plus is that steaks start in mini size which is perfect when you dont want a 12in.

I was going to the movies in the same shopping center and decided to stop in for a slice of pizza before the movie. I have always seen it being packed. Boy was that a mistake. The slices were old. And the girl didn’t heat it all the way through. It made me sick to my stomach. And what was worse was I looked up at the ceiling(they had Phillies memorabilia around and it kept catching my eye) I saw dust coming out of the vents over the kitchen. How is that even close to sanitary? I can’t eat there anymore because of that. Ugh gross

Kinda on the pricy side, but good steaks and pizza. One of the best are there Hot wings! Always a great place to just walk in a pick up a slice of pizza. Many to choose from when it comes to toppings.

Every time I go here there is no pizza. Why is it called Champs PIZZA if they don’t sell pizza?! Even when there is pizza, its soggy and way too greasy. The workers all have the biggest attitude. Whenever I order a platter it takes 45 plus minutes. How hard is it to put chicken and fries into a fryer. Clearly this establishment needs help
