Gentle Dental

I had to receive emergency service from them twice, and they were great. The dentist Natalie H. Tang was nothing but kind and patient, end explained my procedures from start to finish… I felt very safe in her hands. The technicians and woman working the front desk were also kind and helpful. Even though the building itself looks kind of shabby, I received excellent quality of care from the staff, which is what I think matters most, considering how I generally associate visiting the dentist with an unpleasant experience.

Appointment was at 12:30. It’s almost 2 now and I’m still sitting here with a bib on waiting. I guy walked in who looked dumb as they come and I really don’t think I’m going to allow them to perform my extraction. The place is dirty and I’m looking at pieces of bloody teeth on the floor at my feet. Last visit they were telling me to have a tooth canal… on a brown broken destroyed tooth!!! Ok so now I got the injections. It’s been 10 minutes. My lip is numb. The tooth? Nope. Meanwhile he left and I hear him greeting and beginning work on other patients. This is not acceptable and I’m about to question if this is even going to be a sanitary experience. Even the novacaine is wearing off. I think he forgot about me. I think I’m just gonna go. Update: he tried to remove the tooth after the injections wore off from him constantly going back and forth between patients. I pushed his hand away in pain and told him to not touch me. I told him I never dealt with any dentist so unprofessional and dirty in my life. I showed him the pieces of teeth on the floor and he ran into a back room and hid. I had to demand for antibiotics with the receptionist and she had to keep going back and forth to the room he locked himself in and he said he’ll give me more pain meds… IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT which he knows. She got him to give me stronger antibiotics… so strong that I called me obgyn before filling and they said under no circumstances am I to take them. I am now reporting gentle dental and contacting a lawyer and he broke the tooth leaving me in excruciating pain. Don’t go here… I cannot express this enough. They need to be shut down.

if I could only give zero stars, this place stinks, made an appointment weeks in advance for 10:30 am and when we arrive they say the appointment was 10am, this is our SECOND attempt to service here and the office staff continues to screw up, I will never set foot in this hell hole again EVER !

My appointment was scheduled for 10am… I arrived at 9:55… Waited in the waiting room for over an hour… Called back to a room at 11:09… Still sitting in the chair with a bib on waiting to see the dentist. It’s 11:52 at the moment and still nothing. This is so ignorant and inconsiderate of my work schedule. I am already late for my return to my job and the dentist hasn’t even stepped into the room. Do not waste your time, he just wants your money.
