I agree with the previous reviewer about not liking the H&M at King of Prussia Mall. The store is too small and cluttered. Neshaminy Mall’s H&M is more spacious and the friendliness of the employees there is a hit or a miss.
H&M is good for inexpensive trendy items. It’s also good for more petite girls like myself since they go by European sizing. Their size 2 is equivalent to an American 00. The only thing I cannot understand is why the smallest size in jeans is a 26 there when everything else tends to run a bit smaller than American fashion companies. It’s a major disappointment for me because I love the fabric, look, and price of their jeans but it’s 2 waist sizes too big.

I like H &M. All H & M’s, except for the one the KOP mall. What turned me off of the Neshaminy location today was that the people working there were just miserable, which I can somewhat understand, as we have just gotten past Christmas. However, a grunt and a frown is not an appropriate response to «Hi. How’s it going?» I also wanted to note that this location does not take Neshaminy Mall issued gift cards, as they are underwritten by AMEX. Although this wasn’t an issue for me, it could be potentially disastrous for some.
