Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible customer service except for one visit out of five visits. Last night I decided I won’t be coming back to this location! I called in my order and I was rudely placed on hold so I figured they must be really busy, the man (can’t call him a gentleman) rudely took my order so again I said okay must be busy. I get there to pick up my order and there was one customer in the store and as I pulled up in the driveway the cashier looked at me with an attitude and I wanted to leave but it was 9pm after football practice and my child was hungry so I went ahead in and I was not greeted, I informed the cashier of my name and I was there to pick up my order, he just looked at me and I asked if the pizza was ready as I wasn’t paying for it until checking it out, he went and got the pizza and just gave off the impression as if it was the hardest thing he had to do, I checked my pizza, paid for it, he did not thank me for my business so I then asked him if he was having a bad day as they clearly weren’t busy and he said no and I told him that he has the least friendliest customer service I have experienced there and for that reason I would not be a repeat customer to their location (of course the look on his face said he could care less). The pizza was decent, however; I will drive out of the way when in the Bensalem area to the location at Red Lion shopping center in N.E. Philadelphia where the service is great and the pizza is better there than most Little Ceasar locations. It really isn’t that hard to greet a customer with a smile and thank them for their business! I feel sorry for the franchise owner as I’m sure his/​her revenue would be a lot better if he/​she had employees that act like they care about their customers.

It’s good food but given that there are pizza hut, dominos, and papa John’s all less a 1 mile radius, it’s annoying that these guys close at 10, especially Fridays thru Sundays

Look It is a Little Caesars pizza, You know what you are getting when you order from them with that said it was 100% little caesars at its best. With pizza I say people want 3 things cheap, good, and filling. For under 12 bucks I got a deep deep dish, crazy bread and an extra cheesy dipping sauce and it was all good. Also quick Guessing I will be swing by there more often.
