Old Haven Style Pizza

Great pizza. Great cheese and tasty sauce. Old Haven pizza stands out out far ahead of the other pizza places in lower Bucks and even Philly and NYC. I’ve tried a lot of them and the others don’t compare. Even guests from Chicago have raved about it. It’s the gold standard I compare other pizzas to.
The gyros, cheese steaks and buffalo chicken cheese steaks are also great.
Also, Phil the founder and his son Paul are great. Too bad it’s take-​out only.
The only problem with this place is the pizza is so addicting. Even cold, the next day, it’s delicious.
Though I usually pick up, delivery is fast and friendly.

After a long double shift at the hospital the last thing I wanted to do was cook! I went there around 1130pm and got w plain cheese pizza. It’s the «Greek style» pan pizza, I prefer hand tossed but this pizza was very delicious. The sauce had its own zesty flavor and the cheese! I don’t know if it’s a blend of cheeses, but very delicious :) this place is always empty when I drive by, come on people! Support our local business owners!

Take out or Delivery. I’m addicted to their buffalo chicken cheesesteaks… they load em up with bleu cheese which I love. Strombolis can feed 2 good eaters… 3 or 4 people that don’t eat themselves until comatose. Their standard wing order is a lot of wings and comes with fries so the price fits. Old haven special cheesesteak bomb. everything is well priced (like the wings, if something seems pricey its probably a really good amount of food) and they are always quick getting your food ready for pick up (I always pick up. don’t know about delivery but its probably quick too since they get your food ready quick). I like their pizza but I normally go for other food there (its as good as anywhere in the area though). If I get pizza its buffalo chicken which is very good. theres a big difference between a large and a giant so it is worth an upgrade if you want a lot. I’ve had shells and meatball subs and what not and it’s all good when I feel like switching it up. consistent. friendly staff. my go-​to place.

Really good pizza here. We typically get there square giant pizza and fills my family of 6. I haven’t sampled the rest of the menu yet. Best pizza around is Santuccis and Pat’s but this place is solid when you don’t want to spend a fortune.

This place is good. The old haven special pizza is nice. They pile the ingredients on, maybe even too much so. It can make the pie wet. Fish is very good too (for what it is).
If picking up, the staff is very friendly, but beware the delivery times are absolutely unpredictable and often on the high end of their estimate.

Large pie looked like small. Food was bad. Save ur money don’t order from here. Will never order from this place again. Found a great new place on Hummeville and rt13 that just opened.

Best cheesesteak I’ve had in a long time! Delivery was also very fast and I’m in Philadelphia. This will be my new go to place.

In this area there are many pizza places to choose from. You can’t be the best at everything! I’ve identified old havens treasure. Their Stromboli is the best in the area.

Before I moved I got take out all the time from them the older owner phill is a bit of a grump but hell the food is stellar.
I have gotten delivery from them a handful of times over the years but food always seems better when I pick it up.
Last they do take credit cards but they charge a fee also believe they have a delivery fee.
So bring cash and pick it up yourself plus there is a wawa right across the street so get your self a cold soda from there.
One last thing it is take out only but it one of the few that is open super late get your call in before 12:45am and you should be good.

This was not where I intended to have lunch today. But i was drawn in by the sign with the huge words that read «BUFFALO WINGS»… I just knew that this was gonna be another one if my bad decisions on where to have lunch… I know that wings alone can’t be considered a meal… But add some very good fries and a bottle of lemonade, and thats what i called lunch today. The wings were nothing short of great. Big, meaty, no breading, and a hot sauce that was tolerable, but still have my lips stinging…
All of that wing talk last week had me in the mood for some, and Old Haven Pizza didn’t disappoint.
I spoke to the guys about their pizza. And they told me. that they made a deep dish, Greek style pan pizza. I’ll try that next time… it sounded great when the cook was telling me about it

Best pizzas I have ever had since 1992 (the height of the TMNT pizza frenzy). The owner has been making pies since the 60s. He makes them old school on high heat with the one inch pie pans to give a good texture then takes away the pan half way though to sear the crust for a perfect crunch. Its definitely not NY style which is a very good thing in this case.
