Many years back, I ordered opague (colored) astigmatic lenses. After i paid, and the order was submitted to Bausch and Laumb, I was told that my script was too severe for these lenses. The store manager at the time (Craig?) offered me a 6 month supply of clear lenses. I knew that opagues were so much more expensive. Since I didn’t receive my lenses, I wanted a refund, he said no. I refused to deal w/the mgr, and did not know they had other locations. I waited until I could find out that this mgr wasn’t there to deal with it. Now I am being told there is no record of the money I paid. Hmmmm… wonder who’s pocket it went into???

I went her for an eye exam after losing my glasses. After speaking to someone on the phone they told me they could squeeze me in and I had a great exam and picked out glasses and had lenses in them in about an hour and a half. Staff was great at telling me my options b/c my insurance required that I send my glasses away to be made and it would take a week. I told them I can’t wait a week as I lost my old glasses. They took the time to research it and said I could get polycarbonate lenses for only 20 bucks out of pocket and they could cut them for me. Great experience, friendly staff. Will go back an recommend friends go as well
Addition: Went back 2x since to get help with a repair, no issues fixed for free.
