Hilton Garden Inn

HGI is tops– this property is no exception.
You gotta’ admit, Arkansas is weird, its good to have a constant like HGI to bring a predictable level of service and amenities as you travel!
Bentonville is small, so no location is really bad, however this hotel is convenient to everything and very quiet/​safe. Clean, well maintained and a scant 13 minutes from Crystal Bridges museum of all the culture money can buy!
Service is above average, as if the WalMart fortune somehow sponsors the good service throughout this region.
All joking aside, this is a top notch Hilton property and fully represents their high standards, approved!

This place is AWESOME. Every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Room was cozy and CLEAN. The best part was the breakfast. I am a seasoned professional chef and I was VERY impressed with the breakfast. I ordered over easy eggs, bacon, French toast and grits. Eggs were seasoned and cooked PERFECTLY. The chef is not afraid to season his eggs. LOVE THAT! Bacon crunched between my teeth then melted in my mouth as bacon should do! French toast didn’t even need syrup! How rare is that?! It was moist on the inside then crispy on the outside. Grits were creamy and cooked to perfection as opposed to the hockey puck one tends to get. Service was also super friendly and attentive. All this for $ 8.95?! GREAT deal! I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Nice clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast! The room was small, but we were just staying as passing through so it was more than enough for us. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, but was well worth the $ 8.95, and my sons breakfast (he’s 9) was free. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

A very good choice if your staying in the Bentonville/​Rogers area. Quick check in process. The property is extremely well maintained and I would be willing to bet was recently refurbished. I had a Jr. Suite and was quite pleased with one exception. The furniture appeared new and the bedding was nice. Two televisions, a microwave and mini fridge. They featured some kind of ultra plush mattress they seemed quite proud of. There is easy freeway access and a Japanese hibachi type restaurant on property and across the side street is a Village Inn. When I go back, I am definitely staying here.

Ok hotel. Nice & clean. Would be higher rating but I am shocked the bar closes even when there are paying customers. Bad customer service IMO.

The Hilton Garden Inn is full of great people! All of the employees are dedicated to taking care of the guest. They even offer a reasonably priced shuttle service :)

Older Hilton Garden with smaller rooms than I am accustomed to. Still very clean and friendly. Just nothing outstanding. Glad to have a place to stay with cold air conditioning — we lost power at my house last night in the storms and decided to cash in some Hhonors points and stay here.

I have put guest of mine up here many times. They all rave about the service, cleanliness of facilities and rooms, and friendliness of staff.
My inlaws stay there regularly, as do many of our out of town guest due to us having s baby at our house.
We will continue to recommend and use this hotel.

Nice HGI building with good food and helpful staff but 3 stars is generous for our visit. First the wireless Internet started failing after our first day. We consider that essential. Worse I specifically asked for a quiet room on a high floor. In spite of the fact they were far from full they gave us a 2^nd floor room one door away from the elevator and ice machine and, get this, right above the dumpster which was emptied before 6am. We would never stay here again given the wealth of other choices.

Very nice Hotel. My room was a HUGE suite and was sparkling clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. One of the managers let us use the freezer in the kitchen to store some stuff for a meeting overnight. It was very helpful. The bar is KICK ASS. Dawn the bartender is so much fun and a pleasure to be around during our down time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bentonville. See you next visit!
