The lobster shrimp ravioli is amazing. Service was fast, yet the environment is perfect to sit and visit with family and friends.

What can I say! Its is still the beat Italian restaurant in the area. Owner is very accommodating and friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the dining room is a little unorganized and they have to keep moving tables to accommodate patrons.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The bread was wonderful, but not Italian. The Lasagne was so sweet that we had a hard time eating it. In all my days I have never had such a sweet Italian sauce on anything. They didn’t have pepperoncini pickled peppers that are usually served in Italian restaurants. We were in hope of finding a good Italian restaurant. I’m not sure we would return to try something else.

We’ve been wanting to try this place out, just waiting for the right occasion and mood. Finally went this evening and was pleasantly suprised. We started off with the Mozzarella sticks appetizer, these were good and served well. Price was around $ 6. For Dinner we had the Pasta Sampler and the Spaghetti with Mushrooms. Both were excellent, portion size was right. Not too much, not too little, a small portion of each came home with us. The bread that is served with the dinner is excellent, comes with a basil oil side. Service was inmediate and very attentive. Server was Gabby, did an excellent job of following up, keeping our drinks full, bread replenished, and was overall very pleasant. Meal prices were between $ 10-$ 12, extremely well prices with right size portions. We will definitely be back as a regular going forward, highly recommend.

The only thing good was the bread and tiramisu. The staff was nice but couldn’t communicate well. Wine list is extremely limited and the Pinot noir was NOT good at all. Told the waiter this and gave the wine back. The bartender asked why and we told it was not good. They didn’t apologize or credit the bill. Ordered veal Marsala and it had Marsala sauce. It was more tomato sauce. Will not return to this restaurant and will not recommend.

The restaurant was busy when we arrived which is typical for a Friday night and we had eaten at the original location in Springdale on several occasions. Right away the service was slow as we waited more than 10 minutes to have our drink orders placed. At that time, we ordered meatballs to come out ASAP for our toddler, as well as a stuffed mushroom appetizer. The meatballs came out in reasonable time, but things went downhill from there! The chicken picatta came out covered in white sauce and near the end we discovered why, undercooked!(see pic) we saw pink. The Eggplant Parmesan had no breading at all(see pic), poor quality. The medium lasagna pizza would normally be destroyed by our daughters, but they only ate 1.5 slices between them. Soggy crust and greasy toppings sent the youngest to the bathroom before we left the restaurant. Now the WORST part. The head waiter was summoned by our waiter to come and listen to our complaint. He proceeded to explain that they cook all their chicken that way? No answer as to the poor quality of the Eggplant Parm or the Pizza. Sadly enough the fiancé of the oldest daughter ordered a salad and he was not pleased… Chunks of ham and cheese, a few slices of tomato with Bibb lettuce did not justify the cost. The head waiter recognized that he did not enjoy the salad before he had a chance to say anything. The Head Waiter informed us that he would make things right and proceeded to walk away. 10 minutes passed and he did not return, so we went to the front where the manager was on the register. The manager asked us how we enjoyed the meal? Seriously… This led us to believe that the Head Waiter did not have a conversation with him at all! We had to explain a second time, the issues with our meal and the manager attempted to convince us that he could not do anything to compensate for the poor quality of the meal without the owners consent and the owner is out of town, conveniently! We had initially decided to call it a ‘bad night’ for the kitchen and consider coming back for a future visit. This was based on others around us experiencing long wait times to receive their meal and one family leaving frustrated due to a long wait time. However, the wait staff and management attitude and unwillingness to a least consider a compromise on our final bill was too much to warrant a return visit, EVER. We are DONE and they are on our local restaurant blacklist. Dine at your own peril.

Went by to try this Italian-based restaurant on Easter Sunday. Had lots of TV’s carrying NCAA tournament. This would be a great place to watch sports with a group. My friend and I ate at the bar so we could watch the game. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine as well. I had the Seafood Pasta and she had eggplant parmesan. Both dishes came quickly and were piping hot. Excellent! Taste was very good. Wide variety of seafood in my dish. Salad afterwards was ok but not great. Bonus: Tira Miso was complimentary as the owner is working to hone the recipe! Very good try! I’d recommend for families(there was a party of 20+ in the bar).

Fantastic! I’ll write more later. Fantastic food, fantastic service, and I will get a little more in depth later. Stay tuned… I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I read some reviews, and most of them were good. What I found is this place is the closest to what I’m used to from back up north since Domabellas in Centerton closed. The food was really good, and the service was also good. The dinner rolls were excellent, and it was a very pleasant dining experience all around. We will definitely be going back, and they also get bonus points for being sweet to my little girl.

I’m from Atlanta, here for a few days on business. I ordered the Greek Salad and Pasta Trio to go so I could eat at my hotel. It was very good! Portions were huge, there was no way I could eat all of it. Flavors were good and enjoyed the garlic rolls. Stop by if you’re in town!

Heard lots of great things about this place. Be cautious to believe the hype. Servers are real friendly and that’s the best thing I can say about the place. Pizza was slimy and tasteless Spaghetti tastes like it came out of a can. It’s possible Chef BoyRDee is working in the kitchen here.

Maybe I need to go back. I thought the staff was friendly but the food was nothing special. My friend(who is Italian) thought the same. We were bummed because its convenient to where we live & they have TVs since it used to be Boston’s

Our family of 4 had the kids spaghetti w/meat sauce, 2 adult entrees of spaghetti and meatball and a lasagna. We started with Caesar salads which had fresh, crisp romaine and was lightly dressed and were very good-sized. The homemade garlic rolls were huge and airy and the food came out so quickly. Loved the sauce, our family likes a good amount on our pasta and it was flavorful. We will be coming back soon!

I used to frequent Joe’s when they were back in Springdale. A recent trip by the old building made me sad that Joe’s had closed. A few days later, I saw«Joe’s» in Bentonville by a drive-by of Rainbow Curve. We stopped to investigate to see if it was the same«Joe’s». I’m so glad we did because it was! Joe’s is classic Italian fare. The atmosphere is dark and romantic. The waitstaff is professional and dressed the part. The food choices are what you would expect and that familiarity is what I like. The bread they bring out for you is amazing. Beware if you’re on a diet, because I don’t know how you will resist it. :) I’ve ordered a couple of different dishes here, they have pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, and more. I usually get the«white pizza”– which is the best I’ve had in the area. I tried the Philly cheesesteak which was fantastic and the bread was nicely flavored, crispy on the edges but also chewy and had a nice bite. I was very happy.

The facility, location, and décor are good. The garlic bread is really good. The food was average quality and the young man who waited our table was in desperate need of further training and a healthy dose of personality. The ownership/management has a great opportunity to have a good restaurant, but the execution needs to be much better to compete in Bentonville.

Joe’s just opened in Benvonville. SOHAPPY!!! There just isn’t an authentic Italian restaurant in the Bentonville area. Now we have Joe’s. We have eaten in and ordered carry-out. As carry-out, we ordered off of the lunch menu. The Pasta Sampler has lasagna, meat ravioli, and manicotti. It is an all-in-one dish with cheese and sauce smothering the three pastas. There was only one ravioli but it was large. Joe’s meat sauce is off-the-charts delicious! The lasagna and manicotti stole the show from the ravioli. The Pasta Trio is a larger dish that has fettuccine, lasagna, and manicotti. Again, the lasagna and manicotti were delicious. The fettuccine was not impressive as the noodle was wider than a traditional fettuccine noodle and there was no seasoning in the Alfredo sauce. For dinner we ordered the Shrimp Arabiata which is sautéed shrimp with onions and peppers in a spicy red sauce over spaghetti. It was spicy, the veggies were al-dente, and the tail-on shrimp were firm. There was lots of sauce and overall it was a tasty dish. The Chicken Creamora Mushrooms comprised two sautéed chicken breasts with mushrooms and cream sauce over spaghetti. It was very good but desperately needed more sauce. Both dishes came with a dinner salad and bread. The bread is the highlight of the meal as it is freshly made every day. The dinner servings were not as large as expected but we could fill up on delicious bread. The owner visited our table and talked with us at length. He comped us a slice of Lemoncello Mascarpone Cake that was superb! He told us that his family in Oklahoma makes his desserts and ship them to him. The dining area is large and there is a very nice bar that is separated by glass. There are plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant and bar. We did have a few concerns. The restaurant is very dark when you enter and it is even hard to follow the hostess to a seat. There was a light over the table so it was not dark at the table. The restaurant was very loud with the sounds of the kitchen, staff, and diners. They need to offer freshly-grated parmesan cheese instead of the shaker full of dusted cheese on the table. It would be nice if they offered angel hair pasta. They really need to have a POS system in place so the cost of items is on the bill left at the table. That makes tipping and budgeting easier. Overall, Joe’s is an excellent Italian restaurant which was desperately needed in this area. We will definitely be returning to eat in or take out.

Service was good, we almost had an overly attentive waitress… coming by too often to check on us. I did appreciate removing dirty plates as we finished things however and she kept my tea filled. First of all the bread is sooo good. Rich on garlic so prepare to ward off vampires the rest of the night. My salad came before the stuffed mushroom appetizer I ordered. That was ok I guess but before I could finish my app, the entrees were there. I saw another review from tonight as well and all I can say is my food was fast. The mushrooms were ok. 3 large stuffed shrooms covered in sauce. My husband loved his lasagna. My chicken fettuccine Alfredo was very rich. All in all it was good. They put a lot of work into this old place. The décor was nice and warm, dimly lit. A couple tv’s. Mood music playing. The bar is sectioned off and has several tv’s. Looks like a nice place for cocktails after work

Food was great. We prefer crusty Italian bread… Maybe offer both? Service was super. Took a little while for food to come out. Did not like standing in line to pay!!! WTH is that? Server should bring bill to pay out and return to table for signature. Speed it up and get some good crusty bread and you’ll be a five star!

If you like bad service and long waits for food… Come here. Do not order the lasagna soup… My wife enjoyed her shrimp and crab Alfredo though… The bread was good. Our server was inattentive. The owner guys stopped by twice. *assumed they were owners because they were the only guys that looked like they were from Jersey shore*

Update: Better experience the second time I came. I’m telling you, I want to love this place! Got the alla panna sauce this time after pointing it out on the menu. Our waiter was much friendlier this time around. Food was good. There wasn’t much of a line at the register this time around(dinner time on a weekday). — — — – Original review: I wanted to love this place so much because I was a fan of Joe’s in Springdale. A number of things just really tested my patience… First, as we were ordering, a friend was looking at the menu and pointed at one picture. He asked what this dish was, but the waiter had no clue. Then I asked for some alla panna sauce with our bread. Our waiter said they didn’t have any, but later I see that my friend’s order came with«pink sauce.» We wait for an hour for our food to come out(I understand there were five of us, but we didn’t order anything too complicated). When the first two dishes came out, my friend’s chicken parmigiana hot sub turned into a pasta dish instead. I ordered a meatball parmigiana hot sub and asked for alfredo sauce on the sub instead of marinara. It came out sans alfredo sauce. I told the waiter, and I guess he was confused about my order, so at one point he said, «So what do you want me to do?» The waiter brought out the alfredo sauce in a separate bowl later. When paying, we had to take the order copy the waiter originally wrote up to the register to pay. I didn’t think it was so bad until I was 15th in line to pay… Still… The food was still pretty good. I just didn’t expect to spend two hours at lunch and go through all of that.

If you’ve been to the old restaurant in Springdale, you know what to expect at the new familiar Joe’s. Same music, similiar menu. The food quality and pricing is the same but the atmosphere is a big upgrade from the old place. Good parking and spacious interior.
