Whatta Catch Sport Fishing

Captain Rob is one of the best Fishing Charter Captains I have been around. Full disclosure — most of my experience with fishing charters was down in the Florida Gulf Coast, and the majority of that in the flats where it is near impossible to not catch SOMEthing or to have a good time just being on the water. I knew deep sea on the Atlantic was a different experience, and the chances of striking out were probably better than they would be on the flats. However Captain Rob seems to know the waters well and did not disappoint. After a couple of misses we found some fish, including one epic near hour-​long encounter with a fish whose identity was deprived to us by what we believe to be an opportunistic shark. It was probably the most fun I have had with the «one that got away». It was an all around good-​day on the water — Captain Rob was a great host, and I am looking forward to another trip next summer!
